These acts usually come from a well rooted inferiority complex. Amen to your prayers. naijainstinct: The problem with many of us have always been that the moment we see an opportunity to denigrate our fatherland to justify our immigration plans, we jump on it. You will even join nationals of other countries to disparage your own country. Indians, Chinese and nationals of other countries have been migrating decades ago but you will never see them speaking ill of their countries. People migrate from UK, USA, Germany, Japan etc. Does this also mean these countries are not working? Not everyone migrates for economic reasons and that is my point. But some of you who have managed to migrate will now settle down and never see or say anything good about your country. Foreigners are coming in and seeing opportunities but all these dual citizens wannabe will only see doom. Tufiakwa!
Many of us will go outside and tell all manner of lies and evil against our country because they are seeking asylum. Claiming wars where there is none. Claiming victimisation where there is none just for selfish gains.
For the umpteenth time, I say it boldly that Nigeria will and must be great and anyone who speaks evil against Nigeria will never see good all the days of their lives. Amen! |

Savagethe21st: Hello Nairaland Family, I hope y'all are good. I am a graduate of optometry but since I have been working as a web developer. Also put web development(Noc 21234) in my profile. Just today I got an invitation from Ontario to apply but I am scared because I haven't seen anybody from tech that was invited this month, I only saw Noc codes of health care occupations mostly. I am scared because I do not have 1500 cad to pay and get rejected later. PLEASE IS THERE ANY ONE IN TECH THAT WAS INVITED THIS MONTH? Also guys should I go ahead to apply? chai, God come through for your son. You can just wait to get the federal nominations. Let the guru in the house throw more light on this. |

Abercrome: PPR finally came in today 🙏😅🥳 I don’t know how to behave. I ran downstairs to show my husband and we were jumping quietly together so as not to wake our toddler.
Timeline below: IELTS exam: 20th August 2022 EE profile created: 12th September 2022 ITA received: 26th October 2022 Submission & AOR: 25th December 2022 Spouse’ BIL: 11th January 2023 Biometrics passed: 20th January 2023 Web form raised: 8th February 2023 Ready for visa email: 9th March 2023
No updates on the application tracker; eligibility and background check are still shown as “Not started” till now. Don’t be worried if you don’t get ghost updates or any similar clues we often track.
By the way, my international passport will expire on 5th September this year. Should I submit it like that for COPR processing or try to renew first? Does anyone have any experience or knowledge of this? I also would appreciate advice on what visa office to send our package to.
Thank you to everyone who has helped and encouraged me in this journey. Some of you have made such helpful posts that I have screenshots on my japa folder. God bless you all @Bilingualism @Graciouswords @Debie with the many e’s @asetake ati beebe lo Congratulations girl, make this reach me ooo |

I already have my ECA completed and I’m wondering if I should apply for a remark of my writing section before creating an EE account. Would this be necessary? Haha, bro, you don't need to waste your 27k, you already got the maximum points needed. Increasing your writing will add nothing. Just go ahead and create your profile. Goodluck. |

EngrKemp: Good day guys.. Under skill immigration, which one is likely going to fly asap, *Engineering Project mgr. *Project engr. *Electrical Engr. *Welder(iiw certification & AutoCAD cert) *Electrician (With Trade test 1,2&3).
Note: an engineering project mgr can over all listed above too. Kindly advice . I'm looking at starting my process and finishing well and on time. Provincial requirements and provisions
And what's the advantage of Advance Diploma, added to Bsc in WES evaluation? Will it add to the score or it won't hey bro, it's better you check your Noc. Also where you have the highest number of years, work experience. All the experience you listed out can fly. However, go through page 1,where Noc was discussed. For the certificate, it's better you go for a short course that can give you two or more certificate when you evaluate it with your bsc. |

Chinzzyy: I'd advice anyone against remarking. Remarking i applied for since 2nd January hasn't come out till now. Moreover you cannot remark reading and listening, its highly unlikely they made a mistake with that and if by a rare chance they did, it may just be one question or 2 which wouldn't make any difference to your score. I advise you to write again. My 2 cents... practice seriously and write again, Thank you for your help, I am more interested in writing, hoping to move from 6.5 to 7, it will give me 1 point for my Canada journey. |

For degrees lik law, doctor, that their evaluation came out as a professional course, what did you fill in the field on the express entry profile, there is a space that asked your level of education, that is before you are asked the outcome of your evaluation. The outcome of my evaluation is a professional certificate, but I don't know if I should still choose a professional certificate in the level of education field. Na question ooo |

Honeysweetest: I don't think you should put that if there is no evaluation and English test. You can just put that he has no education, because they will still ask you if ther is an evaluation, same with putting that he is competence in English. Try this and click send. Let others put in their suggestions.. , I just did this,it went through, when we get his text,we can modify, thank you so much. |

Honeysweetest: hey sis, IELTS is not easy oo, I guess you got better point from work experience and education? I think a 6.5 can get you inside the pool, while you plan to rewrite or any other way to increase your point, I don't believe that you could be disqualified because of low IELTS, if you have what they need. Check out pnp too, new Brunswick, Manitoba and others You could also encourage your spouse to write the test, and evaluate his certificate. Goodluck. thank you. Was considering NWPNP even before I got the results. Thank you for your help. |

ednut1: 👹 . Your score is definitely not 457 with that scores unless you have TEF or studied in Canada. You will be around 380 to 400 with that scores. Your are obviously selecting the wrong answer in crs question 6.i . ITs talking about work experience in Canada. First option should be your answer it's actually 403. Already on PNP route. Thank you |

ednut1: use the crs calculator to simulate scores with different ielts. If you are able to enter with 6.5 ( assuming none of the scores is less than 6 individually) and dont get PNP from any province. You will be in the pool as a decoration 🙄 Thank you, Although your comments can be mean and funny at same time, loll! I actually got a band 6.5, with non less than 6.,6.5 except in reading which is 7.5. single,I am getting 457, as married 403 without spouse language and education. I intend to rewrite, for now let my spouse sit for the test. Thank you for your help. |
