My advice: continue doing your stuff and act like you've not gone for training.

The reason why we added the payable amount is for the verification of their correct details from the National Identification Number they provided, so as to avoid false identity.

We are using the NIMC Verification Service (NVS) which is a platform developed to enable verification of identities of persons enrolled in the National Identity Database. The NIMC Verification Service (NVS) exposes a SOAP based web service which we can use to retrieve applicant details.

We are using the NVS API to verify applicants identify using National Identification Number (NIN).

A lot of information can be retrieved from the NIN that the applicants submitted for the successful verification, the data that will be retrieved includes but not limited to their full name, gender, date of birth, state of origin, local government area etc.

As we stated from the application requirements, there is an age restriction that the range is between 18years – 45years.

During the application process, some applicants use to submit more than one applications with different email addresses and phone numbers, but with the NIN verification we will try to detect those applicants and disqualify them immediately.

But the API is not free, so each and every interested applicant must pay the stipulated amount for the verification of his/her NIN to the API provider.

please i want to appeal to good nairalanders and patrotic citizen of nigerian that is reading this post...to help us with appropriate ways and procedure to follow to report National Teacher's Institute Kaduna...for continues enrolment of students to her say program (PGDE) without purposeful awarding of results for good 3 years 2017 to 2019...and the keep on admitting applicant without issueing results for some number of years now...please how can we channel our complaints to...complaining to the institute is like dumping waste carelessly....so we need advice from experts on the right approach to take..thanks

MR. minister i have been trying to access the two portal using the free internet access by the AIRTEL company but is not loading.....we are ready to learn via this platform but airtel internet connection to the portal is not free as claim....so the ministry should help us look into the matter.....
