GCMS Notes: Oct 2020 (showed application was approved)
Remed Request: 26th Nov 2021
Remed Done: 22nd Dec 2021
Meds Passed: 4th Jan 2022
ADR (Schedule A and PCC): 31st Jan 2022
ADR submitted: 17th Feb 2022
PPR: 24th Feb 2022
P.V.O: Ottawa
S.V.O: Accra.

I sincerely hope it works out for everyone.

Quick question: Seeing as documents are to be sent to VFS via courier, does page 3 (consent for indirect submission and/or collection....) of the VFS Consent Form have to be filled or just page 2 only...

I got the email as well... But the decision they made on the file is what I'm yet to see.

Hello, mine was extended by 6 months in September 2020 (got to know through GCMS notes). It was meant to expire Nov 19, 2020, it was then extended to 27 February, 2021. My AOR is November 2, 2019, VO- Ottawa. Still awaiting PPR.

We appear to be in the same boat. The same AOR, the same date for medical extension and the same VO.
All the best to us.

I also noticed the disappearing act of the web form for close to 2 weeks now.. I honestly don't know what to make of it... #fingerscrossed.

I ordered for GCMS notes on the 15th of Oct and afterwards, I noticed that the webform link on my CIC account is nowhere to be found, this has been on for over a week now. is this a glitch or should I be worried?
