Maybe Stanbic balanced fund will be the best option for long term investors, since it is a combination of mmf and equity.

Not saying folks shouldnt invest though this is my first foray into managed equity portfolios.

I do have significant equity holdings via meritrade (naira) and bamboo(usd). Just that both are long term plans.

My usual advice is that invest in mmf until u have steady inflow to cover ur expenses or even match your salaries then invest any additional funds in equities for the long term.

This bamboo app people use to invest in foreign stocks, do they also give something like CSCS to investors they can use to recover their foreign stocks should Incase something untoward happens to bamboo platform?

Wike has been boxed & at the mercy of the president. His bargaining chip in 2023 was PDP, now PDP is no more, he has no choice than to support the president. He is already a political orphan. He miscalculated, he ought to reached agreement with the president after the elections they should give him APC party chairmanship, that is how he would have retained relevance, but as it is now, he is a political orphan. Elections are already around the corner, let's watch as things unfold.

Not true, was he sending proxies during the time state of emergency was declared? If the rapport was still there between him & the president, there would have been no need for the public cry. Truth is APC governors are behind Fubara, Tinubu will not sacrifice the support of all APC governors for Wike when Fubara is already in APC willing to support him. I have said this countless times, Wike chance was blocking Fubara defection, that was the only way to win the fight. But since he was sidelined & Fubara membership was accepted without the party consulting with him, then obviously he has lost. If the national chairman, national secretary & APC state governors are behind Fubara, he has lost already.
