Your photography course is going to teach you A LOT about the basics and more - filmmaking is not really different; same principles apply - film is 'photographs' - just at 24 photos a second (in general). No idea if your course will go into the 'greats' (the simple truth is film stole a ton of ideas from photography which in turn stolen a lot of ideas from painters of old - absolutely nothing wrong in 'taking' from great ideas before you) - your two key things are 'composition' and 'lighting' - jump onto Youtube as there are a million and one FREE videos - you can basically do a whole film-school without stepping out of the house - but do step out of the house to PRACTICE - one of the most important things you can do - practice, practice, practice - also watch a ton of brilliant shorts and BTS videos and good music videos.

Check out channels like FilmRiot, Tom Antos, Indy Mogul, Slanted Lens, Neumannfilms and dozens of others. Make Google & YouTube your best friends.

this could easily pass for a thriller movie. ur looking at the story I tink the guy crossed many border so he shud face the consequences. he can tell for sure who killed the woman cos h was in hiding. but I tell u he might be innocent but I doubt he will survive..

Hey Jaydee, many of us here tend to use a number of 'terms' quite differently. Now you say you've just started photography classes - what do you actually WANT to do? Do you want to 'make' music videos or really just 'produce' on them?

I want to make music videos , reason why I started with photography is because I want to start from the scratch... shud appreciate any help..

can u kindly educate me on how to become a producer, I want to go into musical videos... just started my photography classes tho... if there is any eBook/videos u can give I will really appreciate it...

Not a fan of nigeria music,Tiwa savage and seyi shay re the most professional nigerian artist with international standard.....i see seyi shay and yemi alade as tiwa and omawunmi successor,but the later are better dan d former......waje is a bit unique.

u spoke my mind was wondering if I was the only one but I disagree with you on who is better.
omawunmi for me is the best female artists we have in Nigeria.

to those of u clamoring for second term I have a question for you all, do you really think Jonathan will perform if given another chance? and to those clamoring for change, do u think buhari will do better? or we just want change in the whole Nigerian system?
back to the rail issue buhari served for a little while, did a lot mostly thru his deputy but Jonathan served for longer period to effect change but still fell short in some area. for me I keep my finger crossed till may 29 wen we swore in the new president. then I will know who the winner is.

u will get it that am 80% sure but u can still go to the nearest post office in your locality and show them ur tracking number if its there u will be told but I want to believe u will be called if it has gotten to the nearest post . is there a post in your locality?
