Politics › Buhari VS Jonathan VS Others by jaydee87(op): 7:56am On Jan 08, 2015 |
Good day compatriots Few weeks to the much anticipated election and am still skeptical who to vote for, GMB or GEJ or Others now looking critically at the aspirants I can only tell u bout GMB and GEJ I really don't know much about buhari but to sources gathered he was a kind of president that was not really active cos he had an assistant that was working like the clock so most people from my generation can't actually say much about him all I can say is that things were not as tough as it is now cos corruption was minimal, people were scared of the military so u won't misbehave but now most of the corrupt were military officers I Dont tink buhari can handle them cos of his subtle nature. Jonathan is a man by all standard he has his fans too but now most people want change but how sure are we the change will come thru buhari. one problem we facing in nigeria is abandoned projects, if we elect buhari Jonathan's work of 6 years will be a waste cos buhari will embark on new projects youwin ,yeap and the likes will be no more. four years later if buhari under perform we will push him out too leaving another abandon project Nd so on.. we the electorate av to be aware of the candidate we want we tired of the push around. democracy is govt of the ppl by the ppl for the ppl but in Nigeria it is govt of the party by the ppl for the party we need to change that if we must move forward. let's have a say about our govt if elected and two years into the tenure he is underperforming we have the power to oust him without trouble... if its possible I will have asked the public not vote for either buhari or jonathan! and give other ppl a chance... |

BizBloke: You're right, Jaydee87. That's the purpose of this awareness (for him to go underground). When he plans a major hit, the right people will hit him offline. He can't go scot-free again; his act is a disgrace to Nigeria.
Can you do me a favour? if its within my capacity I will gladly help.. |

a circular was pasted to that effect and they av started collecting the money since last year Oct, even in my local govt area surulere to be precise I was told before Oct set that they will start charging on small package and the charge is called handling charges.. but if you close with the person there u might negotiate the price like me that's what I do cos it has tey way I don dey collect package since 012 and most times I tip them so now na dem they tip me cos I no dey pay complete money...a times sef I dont at all . but I scope I use is if am expecting 10 packages I wait for 5 or 10 set before going to the p/office then there I will negotiate and I tell u e dey make sense...for me oh. try it.. |

shrekandfiona: @bizbloke, this dude has been scamming people since the inception of nairaland. A similar thread years back had also been opened warning folks about him if you search his name on Google or here on nairaland, you'll see so many threads on him.
I honestly think we as individuals can prevent being scammed by anyone by just following due process. For example, when we want to make payment for something, we should always be the 1st to contact the Original poster. Most service providers always have their contacts on the front page of their threads.
We should never wait to be contacted by the providers because that is what the scammer does. He always makes the 1st contact sounding all genuine. Also if anyone sends us any email /account detail, we can always double check with Google or the original posters by their front page contacts before going ahead with payment.
Trust me if those Emmanuel awatirefe scammed had made used of search buttons before paying, they would have escaped loosing money.
Some people say the dude operates from Dubai could be possible he also has so many user names and stalks most threads on technology market looking for his prey.
In summary, people should always make use of google/nairaland search buttons before paying any money to anyone for a service and we should always make the 1st contact through the contacts given by posters on their home page.
Peace! searching won't help you if he is really good as he is portrait |

SaiBuharii: I disagree 100% it's luck. Is it luck that will apply for jobs and be up to date not missing any opening? Is it luck that will help you prepare and pass ur shl, gmat and dragnet test? Is it luck that will bring confidence to dazzle in interviews? Big NO. I agree the time span for the recruitment process could be long...but its all about the huzzle. In my case 'my story' I gatecrash test so tey when I started seeing constant faces on the same mission and we greet our self like "bros you dey here again". Some were successful, some were not. I applied for any opening, even though I knew I will not tk d job...some just to gain interview experience. I prepared adequately for test and the only negative feedback I could get was they will not get back, but not that I failed...luck doesnt do these. I started d huzzle 6 mths into service, altho the NYSC certificate stuff was always a barrier. NYSC finished and most were still under processing...3-6 months after I became confused cos I was getting offers left and right...from big firms and banks. In 4 months I started 3 new jobs, I always left during training, all this while I had the offer of d coy I knew I will go last last, their process took 10mths.
Brotherly this is a huzzle industry, there are jobs outside...the koko is information...and involve baba God, u don't hv to give pastor all your money to pray for u, or attend church 190 times a week, just make sure personally "Oluwa is involved" guy u were lucky to get the job u dream of, its not always rosy for other people using myself as an example I gt a job after six month and I was very happy until we were stopped by the bank the following month I got an interview with breweries which I passed but I dint land the job because I couldn't drive... so I tink it has alot to do with luck... still waiting for my dream job tho and I will get it this coming year ameeen... |
