What is your take in the Statement Of Purpose max word count of 350words on the site. Getting the key things into 350words looks like a hard nut.

Is there anyone that can confirm the thing for me from any McGill mcf scholar or alumni.

Should I just write not minding that 350Words max or find a way to keep it that short.

Can one still send email to department for nomination eligibility to McGill university as at today Nov 2nd?

If yes, the SOP how can one stay within the 350words stated. I feel it is too small or is there another official SOP that comes later that is expected to be more detailed.

Xidik, i got your email. Lets see if i can answer what i know here for others to learn.

I have no idea which of these route they follow. Personally I'd like to know myself but it will be hard to know unless many people offered "one role" talk about what they were personally offered.

It "may not" be possible to have a fixed package simply because all these roles are not entry level role. Many people are coming from many background with different packages. Having a fix package might hurt some while it immeasurably favours some. The only way this will look feasible is to check who is the highest paid, add something for the person and make that a fixed package for everyone(but this doesn't work that way cos every company wants to be profitable).

Imagine if I have 6yrs experience and another have 18yrs. Do you know he would not feel too cool to know he earns the same as me with less experience (human nature).

Fixed package thing can "easily" work abroad where they disclose the pay/hr even on the job advertisements. But then I am open to view from people who have received their compensation plan.

I really cannot tell if there is hope or not because they might decide to do one or two things that might warrant you getting an iv.

Actually someone in similar role have done 1st and 2nd interview and I think have gotten his compensation plan too. But like I said, it's not over until it is over. Keep praying, as long as you have not gotten a regret mail, I think anything can really happen for your good

The names are supposed to be confidential as they might not in a anyway help the guy scale through his interview. I have personally emailed some preparatory tips to him, which is actually not different from what have been said here.

My point is that, these guys could be here too. I'm certainly sure of the first lady that anchored the outsourcing part right from February cos I have seen some of her post in other threads. These people goes somewhere to chill just like every normal human. And if I were them, I would be checking threads that have their company name on them. Don't give anybody wrong impression about yourself.
