If you have money in GTBank. Please take this warning. I never believed it until it happened to me today. GTB 737 service is very porous.

You don't have to subscribe to be defrauded on this service. The thief just need your phone number registered with GTBank and last 4 digits of your ATM card. Now this two information are available to GTBank staff. All the staff need is to have a contact in the telecom operator of your line. His contact in the telecom operator can dial the 747 on your line as if the code is dialed from your phone. Then the transaction is completed.

This is what I think happened in my case as my phone was even switch off when it happened.

The blame goes to GTB for only having only such porous and 1 level security on this service. In fact , there is no security because the last four digital of your ATM card will always show on the POS or ATM receipt. Using that as a security is unthinkable.

What happened to pin set by the account owner, passwords, security questions, token, TOP as it is done for GTB online banking. Whu cant GTB put all these security on this service. Why leave this 737 with no security.

actually, there is an Option to use pin codes on your USSD banking service!!

They have courses that being taught in English and local languages. In fact some will even demand that you take English proficiency test before you can be admitted into English-taught courses.

The reasons why, in my opinion, Nigerians go there is that the admission is easier to secure in those countries than the First world English-speaking countries and the tuition fees are waived for international students.

Someone with no travel experience would always think like that,it happened to me before I travelled to Ukraine.
Everyone can't be in Canada, US, Uk or Australia because of standard of living and tuition fees and visa difficulties that's the reason why most people travel to other part Europe and Asia.
It's quite cheap to study and live in these countries and talking about the English proficiency, they do have programs in English and and well in their natives language depending on what you want,about 70% - 40% of people living in these countries speaks English fluently and as well speak their native language but mostly they do encourage foreigners to learn their native language so as to be able to communicate with everyone and as well understand things in the store or supermarket.
No big deal in it, when you are traveling to a non speaking English country, bear in mind that you must learn their native language and know how things are in that country before traveling. I must say that I enjoyed my stay and study in Ukraine,it's such an unforgettable experience in my life.

Tell your brother to check his usage log on his jamb profile, if it shows 'awaiting approval process' his number would be sent Next Week I believe. . But if it shows anything other than that, that means his request haven't even been sent to jamb hq in Abuja..

Tell your brother to be patient, his application will be approved, the DE registration is closing on the 15th, so he still has roughly a week to wait, as I said mine took 19 days to get approved..

Has your brother checked his usage log on his JAMB profile to know if his approval is still pending or not??
