If you can't transfer, go to the banking hall, make a withdrawal, and go deposit in the bank of your choice. Or you can ask if they can do the transfer for you there in the bank. I was told that can be done.

im just seeing this BEA info.i do not have the "Medical Certificate of Fitness including HIV /AIDS, and Hepatitis B free Certificates" and the "Police Clearance Certificate including finger prints" yet. and my interview/test is today,21st march,thurs, at owerri.. and i would be coming from ph.do you think i could still be allowed to participate and then submit the currently unavailable documents (as mentioned above) later? pls help me wit a reply asap,so that i know if i shld tk d first bus to owerri dis morning...thanx.
