GMB was never involved in the coup. It was late Bako and IBB that spearheaded it. Once Bako died during the course or carrying out the coup, GMB who was GOC Jos Command, was called upon as the most senior Nigerian officer to lead the PRC.

GMB never plotted a coup.

This would be a bad move on Buhari's part. Although the debate organizers are members of govt parastatals, the debate panel comprises seasoned journalists who have built stellar reputations over a period of time.
Buhari should have used the opportunity provided by the debate to, once and for all, clear all misconceptions about him and expatiate on his manifesto.

Then how does he know those God would open the gates of hell for? Is he certain the gates of hell would not be opened for him. Is he now arrogating for himself the power to command God on who to open the gates of heaven or hell for?

Okay....but still...PDP should have done everything to head off potential defections. After all...OBJ used to hand out ministerial positions to losing PDP primary candidates.

There are alternatives to the PDP or APC out there...but as I found out when I voted for one of the alternatives back in 2003.(when it was PDP and ANPP)...Nigerians don't take you serious when you say you support one of the smaller parties.
