As long as you are not with the papers, you cannot lay claim to the house.

Unless your father's Will later at the point of death states that the house should be yours then you have NO claim on that property.

I see people here advising you to drag property with someone you don't have any relationship with asides being your father, listen to them at your own detriment.

Those phones like zte literally make up 10% shares in America smartphone market share. Moreover Americans usually go for high end devices like iPhone. Cause it's cheap there based on thier currency and high standard of living. Like i said in America you buy phone through carrier. Which are locked to that network carrier. Meanwhile here in Nigeria, we get the unlocked version. We can buy any phone without passing through mtn or airtel.
So for the big chinese brands like oppo and xiaomi they need to partner with Verizon and other carriers, to sell thier phones. But American government won't allow such cause it will harm apple's profits.

I just told you there are Chinese phone brands selling in the US and you are saying something else.

Before you enter the American market, there are standards that must be met. Unlike our ceremonial SON, the US are very critical about the quality of what their populace consume. Hence why a lot of Chinese phones don't sell in developed functioning economies.

All this your talk about carrier and no carrier doesn't stop anyone from entering market. Just fulfill what they ask and you're good to go.

If they retail in usa, before you know it trump will ban them despite using Snapdragon chipset, since they are chinese based. It's a simple case of being unable to sell substandard products to the Americans due to strict policies in place there.
