Another problem is some women don't know how to say no, they don't know how to make their opinion stand. It's a shame some women still think sex can make a relationship last longer.

Romance / Re: Does Education Make You A Good Wife? by JCzAr(m): 4:42pm On Oct 05, 2009
A good wife depends on what you mean by that expression. I will like to choose a wife that knows how to take care of her home and protect it.

An educated woman makes a good wife by all means, but it doesn't bring along the characters - but it makes some know how to act in public. Education is almost equal to public awareness of some facts that the illiterates don't know, and these notwithstanding, aren't criteria that can make a totally good wife.

If a wife doesn't know how to think intellectually, education may or may not enhance it. One thing I like more about most educated women is that they are opinionated. I clearly understand where you're coming from, poster. Some Nigerian women, not just the educated ones, but the ones who have managed to get out of the country always look down on their husbands; the trend is changing these days and they are beginning to know better.

However, an educated woman will do a man a lot of good. If you're man enough, you'll be able to handle her, and constantly sound it to her ears that two captains can't be in a ship if she's starting to boss you around without respect.
Romance / Re: Is It OK For A Lady To Sleep With Every Guy She Dates? by JCzAr(m): 4:22pm On Oct 05, 2009
It's not right for you to sleep with every man you date. But you need to ask yourself this, if you sleep with every man you date, how does it portray you? You have to include moderation along with decency in everything you do; sleeping with every man will make you weaker, and if they happen to know your weakness trust me, their friends will also come and have their own piece which makes you what's called a national cake.

I thought it always took some time before sex comes into a relationship? How often do you get into a relationship and what kind of guys are you dating?

@TheAmaka, Hey you, I've seen you many times I can't count running your mouth at anyone you can lay your tongues or fingers on; when are you going to learn that this forum isn't all about what you think? It's not all about what pleases you, it made the front page, so what? Why do you always want to start what you can't finish? People are commenting on it and it's a pain in your butt? How does this affect you? Ok, newsflash, you posted on it and that increased the number of visits and puts it on the first page. . . . . Please, ward off if you don't have anything to say, and must you say something before a thread is recognized?

You want to say you're expressing yourself? Is this how you're growing to express yourself, slander other people's opinions so that yours is seen as supremely valid? You need to start knowing how to represent your views without sounding like a wounded lion or an unreasonably tactless mistress that's about to go into a catastrophic state. Amaka, don't let me start with you. . . . I don't want no trouble. Keep off my thread, you hear me? And in case you don't know, there's a difference between a routine expression and criticism (yours mostly haven't been called for)

Whitelexi, nwa mama, warn your protege before she gets hit. . . I no fit shout abeg! cool

You just watched it on TV and loved it instantly? That sure can happen but you can't force it down her throat to like it because it was never one of your dreams before you both started the relationship, you just picked it on the way. Also, be honest with yourself, would you have supported her if she had said "Oh, I love Ini Edo, I'd love to try my hands on acting,"? If you will without doubts towards her, find a way to convince her, but if you won't, don't bother talking about it again. If you do it behind her back, she finds out, and she breaks up with you, don't blame it on her; you'll have been treacherous when you do that.
Romance / Re: My Chic Loves Money More Than: by JCzAr(m): 1:06pm On Oct 04, 2009
Rosabelle:

Well said.
@Poster: Relationships and money dont go well. If she really likes you and has any self esteem, she wouldnt even ask you for money cos she'l be scared you'd think she was a gold digger. And if YOU really loved her like you said, I dont think you'd be trying to buy her love. You'd makesure she understands youre her boyfriend, not a bank. Sounds like you might both be using eachother. She's using you for money and youre using her for what? Sex? Companionship?
Its scary how the economy has driven a lot of girls and guys into thinking its alright for a woman to ask a man for money because theyre in a relationship. What happened to self-preservation?
Or an ATM. grin

You bought her love with money, so what's wrong if she's selling more quantities of it to you in exchange for an appreciated price? cool

Romance / Re: Relationship And Money. by JCzAr(m): 12:05pm On Oct 04, 2009
Girls and money go hand in hand (most girls before you crucify me). But some are still very very independent and can hold their own ace to win the game. That said, there's nothing wrong in not wanting to settle for less.

yeswecan:

Dude you are poor and insecure, exactly how little people think cus if you were born with a silver spoon you wouldn’t put out such post. You like to intimidate a weaker or smaller person. It is surprising how you consider social class and status before choosing your friend, funny enough you are on the low side. Your picture tells so much (posing in front of a bridge) I guess you can send that home to your peers.

Dude you are still on the other side.
Na which one now? Why are you beefing my brother? Abeg o o o. No provoke me ooooo angry angry

Why is every female accused of flirting with guys on Nairaland when they chat a guy up privately? Can this assertion be true? OK! Gossip time! How many ladies have flirt with you? How many men have you flirt with?
