@Vfxtobi

Vietnam has a great opportunities and also the studying is cheapest compared to other countries in the world and also business side enjoying it already so many things to make money. I will advise anyone interested to studying here should come both opportunity for you. And also master degree just two days in a week and the admission is open now & you have all the time to do business and only take classes at weekend. Thanks @Vfxtobi for the advice and opportunity enjoying my stay here.

Do you realise there are lots of Nigerians who came here as students and they are regretting the journey daily? It's illegal to work as a student, most will enter and realise they can't even earn enough to feed in the provinces their schools are located. Others will run away while on student visa and start working for small companies that won't ask of their documents, and these cause issues for others that are genuinely working.

COVID or no COVID there are many jobs in Vietnam. You can even work from home and you will be making cool money every week.

You can even work from home and make cool money every week?. Lol. I hope people won't take this as he said it only to start regretting later.

Actually, the guy might be right. Some schools in South East Asians are like that they don't reply to emails unless you are in the country most times to gain an admission to their schools you will need a student in the school or country. Am saying based on experience in Philippines because some other paper work is needed not just admission letter if you want it to be valid. Try messaging directly through their official fb pages it's faster there, note experience with Philippines

Okay. You may be right tho, but my messages to the schools were via email, and I didn’t tell them I’m in Vietnam. They responded. May be because they are all private schools and have English representatives.

I have no much experience about Philippines, but I remember getting a response from some schools there when I emailed them some years back. Accepted, they may refer you to their agents if you want to apply, same may be the case for Vietnam. I was only responding to the fact That the schools won’t even respond at all. Even some schools in Uk and Australia would want you to go through their approved agents during application, but it doesn’t mean they won’t respond to your mails.

True. Schools reply emails. Since I moved in here, I’ve been in touch with some schools too. The only challenge you will get is getting an English representative for the school, but you will definitely get. To say they don’t reply emails is weird.

Hello jendy happy Sunday. Please I'd love to know how you got your C1 certificate. Did you do it online? Checked and I saw a place for C1, it's offline and in Abuja.

Hello. It was online.

Meanwhile, they stare at blacks a lot out of admiration. Don’t be surprised to see them approach you and request for a selfie. About 4 Vietnamese ladies have approached me for a selfie, also 2 vietnamese guys have done same. I’ve received gift as well from a Vietnamese lady. And while I was typing my last response from where we seated, another of their lady approached me for a selfie. It’s really weird to me tho, but it’s more of admiration than racism. Their police is also friendly to black too.

And again, this is after 1 week of been here. Maybe because we’re still new, the whole culture shock and all that.

sorry I didn't mean to sound harsh. I was only asking how much can you save from the money after paying your bills?

Hi, Vietnam has affordable houses and food, and normal recreation and vacations are cheaper here too. Transportation cost is almost comparable to Nigeria.

Note that this is from my experience within one week I’ve been here, and more especially in Hanoi. We’ve met other Nigerians here too, and they said similar thing. We saw 1Achabu yesterday in Hanoi, and he actually has a lot of good things to say too if you follow his videos. The apartments here are really nice too with amazing and beautiful neighborhood. We’ve also reached out to some Nigerians in some provinces, and they are okay. Tho, some remote provinces may not be as nice as places like Hanoi, HMCM, Da nang from what we’ve heard from those living their, but generally, it is okay.

Since it's a work visa, did you get a refund for the return tickets?
Also, did you write the IELTS exam before leaving for Vietnam?

Hello, No IELTS. Just C1 and TESOL. If you have IELTS, it’s an added advantage for you.

For the return tickets, we are actually following up Turkish airlines, but they take so long to respond to emails. They suck at customer service

its not just about being paid 2000 dollars a month. What's is the cost of living and how much can you save from the 2000dollars ?

Dear Lastmessenger2, I am sure you will get a response on the cost of living when you actually want to know the cost of living in Vietnam and not with the way you asked your question.

Thanks sis. So we left on Friday evening, 8:45pm flight. It was a total of 6 hours to Istanbul, turkey. But then, instanbul is 2 hours ahead of Nigeria. So that was almost 5 am Turkish time by the time we landed

We supposed to have around 19 hours stop over in instanbul, because the next flight was 2:00 am on Sunday, but the flight was delayed for 4:hrs 25 mins. We had to leave by 6:25 am. Next was a 9hrs plus flight from instanbul to Hanoi. So Hanoi is 4 hours ahead of turkey. We got to Hanoi around 8:00pm Vietnamese time. With all the protocols at the airport with the immigration, getting a cab, finding a place to stay, it was almost 11pm. So before we could settle down , it was already early hours of Monday. Unfortunately, we didn’t sleep because we were still jet lagging. We slept around the normal time we used to sleep in Nigerian time zone.

So you can see it’s 3 days journey. We spent almost the whole day at the airport on Friday.

The first picture I attached is around after 9 pm In Turkey , and it was still this bright. So I observed sun sets very late and rises very early in Turkey. By 4:30 am in Turkey, it was all bright again. The other pictures are in Turkish airport and inside plane

Abeg, pardon any typo you came across, it is 9:30 am here, and I’m just waking up. Slept around 5am.

Es300 for ehailing in Benin wey no get good road? How do you plan doing it in areas like ekenwhan, ipoba hill, Uniben environ and ewetubu among others, especially when rain starts. Benin has the worst road infrastructure in the entire Niger Delta region i don't even kniw why they included it to Niger Delta region self...

Anyways, I've seen people use the car a lot over here in Lagos even though its a V6 its fuel consumption isn't that bad give it a try but mind the places you go to especially during rain fall I believe maintenance if that car shouldn't be too pricey. Since that's what you have just make do it it.

Good luck6

Good evening chief.

Any recommendations for using Lexus ES 350 for bolt in Lagos?
