MY SCREENING EXPERIENCE:
I got to UNILAG early at around 8am, the security officers showed me a list pasted at the entrance and told me to arrange my documents in that order;
1.) Screening form
2.) DE reg slip(for DE students)/ UTME result slip(for utme students)
3.) Previous degree certificate ( for DE students or jupeb result for foundation student)/ Unilag post utme result slip( for utme students)
4.) O'level result( They accept online copy if u don't have d certificate yet)
5.) Letter of reference
6.) Birth certificate/sworn declaration of age.
7.) Sec sch testimonial
8.) State of origin certificate
9.) Jamb admission letter(duplicate/institution copy).

just make sure all your documents are arranged properly and accordingly stated and make sure youbhave your original documents with you for referrence they will return it back

so we should go with all our original documents?

Sure,lots of people have already. However you will not be able to print the screening slip as a result. Just make sure you upload the right documents cos there's no going back once you submit.

From what I heard,utme students are also undergoing registration. If they open the email and gsm link it would allow utme students edit their data and would hamper the process.Hopefully on or before monday it will be sorted out at the screening center...

for ur olevel, birth certificate, testimonial n some other documents make 4 photocopies.......to be on a safer side just make 4 photocopies of all ur documents it wont cost u much

they didn't ask for file........and you'll also need to print ur screening form from ur portal after you've uploaded ur documents

These are the required documents ( you need to get them b4 next week):

O’ Level Result Certificate (Waec / Neco) Or Statement Of Result With an Online Version Of The Result
Letter Of Reference From A Reputable Clergyman/Imam/Lawyer/Senior Civil Servant
Birth Certificate/Sworn Declaration of Age
Testimonial From Secondary Schools Attended
Certificate of State of Origin
Jamb Admission Letter
Passport Photographs (12 Copies)
And jamb registration slip
Make 4 photocopies of each
