Just few people I think.
You might think you don't earn above 800k till you check your net income n expenses for the month.
800k annually is like earning approximately 70k monthly.
I might be wrong though on the percentage of earners.

Clear the entire ground around the roots and begin to treat it for three months. Make mixture if herbs like Bitter leaf, Ginger and Garlic, blend and use it to water the tree regularly for months till you notice change. Your tree has absorbed too much dirt and it has caused it to become sickly

I don't think this is the cause.
It's a disease that affects carica papaya .
I believe someone will or has provided the solution.

Why he is saying you won't understand is that the boy didn't slave for that 7 years as you term it.
He learnt a trade from his boss which some people pay money to learn.
To learn a craft now, you pay your oga, buy drink and after maybe 2 years of learning you just leave with hopes that your family will set you up.
But for the igbo system of apprenticeship, your boss trains you for free, clothes you, accommodates you for that number of years, them settle you with some money, maybe a good shop, and most definitely countless connections.

I have worked for a boss for 3 months without pay cos I put myself in his shoes and realized we weren't making enough sales and I remembered that when the going was good, he paid on time and even paid us '13th month' salary.

I am not supporting any body here.
All I am saying is that we should all learn to make sacrifices where necessary.
Yeah the company did wrong by not communicating to them but from what he said he was aware the company was not getting jobs.
Not like he is 'junior member staff'. He is among those that does the jobs that brings the company income.
So, probably the company will think he is aware of their predicament.
I'm an entrepreneur, albeit on small scale with 2 staffs and I try to pay my staffs as at when due.
So, all I'm saying is we should learn to sacrifice.
If he had taken that business as his own (as should all employees) won't he fight for the company before leaving?

It's important to network with people in photography and stay positive. Maintain an active profile on social media and showcase your talents consistently. Someone might notice you 😉

To the op, I know it's not easy working without pay but you already understand/know that the company is struggling to get gigs which affected their revenue and you refused to make sacrifices just for 2 months.
And you are now looking for another job, and if they have issues you will bolt also.
The economy is not easy for everyone especially entrepreneurs but employees can also make little sacrifices.
N/B: I am not supporting withholding staff wages but......

True story of a real life super hero.
Some years back while I was working in one of the filling stations (among the 5 major marketers then).
Three men were given the contract of fixing our bad pms underground tanks. After the usual tradition of not having product in the tank, leaving it open for long and adding some liters of palm wine to reduce the harmful effect of the pms fumes, the men started washing the tank in turn to conserve oxygen.
One of them went in and after he was supposed to be out, he didn't come out. They called his name, no response. The second person went in, same thing, even the third man also went in and collapsed.
Then one of my colleague; an attendant went in and pulled all three of them out one after the order.
The first guy was almost gone as his skin had turned pale.
It was like like one of the marvel movies even though marvel was not popular then.
