No 1) Chat the aliexpress customer care via their app or with PC

No 2) Mine just took 24 hours. I called GTB CC and I mailed cardservices@gtbank.com .

No 3) I went to the bank I was directed to call the GTB customer care via their phone in the banking hall...good news is it is free if you use their phone.

My ratings is based on performance according to specifications, price, durability. It's a little pricy compared to their other China ones.

I installed 2 of them about 3 years ago with the same battery. One of them have gone for repairs repeatedly and at the end they eventually changed it but the other one hasn't had any issue since installation.

Yawen post do take time to arrive Nigeria (this assumption is totally based on my experience) unlike China Post, SG, NL etc

The phone is not "cheap", though the cost of a product is relative to how fat or lean your bank account is.

China phone, especially their high end products like these, are not as substandard as the low end phones which are found everywhere.

So their problem is not the country where the phone is manufactured but just a defect that can be found in any product regardless of the make or the country where it is manufactured.
