texaco1: Hello everyone ,it has been a long time and I have been very busy. But reading through some of the comments here I think I should share my experience with u all as a shipper. This will be a general advice ,I am not advertising my services. Many people that started this thread with so much enthusiasm have fallen by the wayside and to be honest only very few of them are still in business. And what makes the remaining different is KNOWLEDGE ,whatever u are bringing in ,please have maximum knowledge about that field ,this is the only way u can make it in this business and even life . If u want to start importing phones ,don't just jump with ur thousands and start buying ,take a few weeks course or training on how to repair, unlock, flash phones before buying,if u want to start buy laptop do the same, even if is fashion make sure u know about sizes, clothes adjustments and etc . Seek knowledge first before rushing to ebay, amazon or aliexpress. I will always respect mayorall,he went into powerbanks but he has full technical knowledge about it. It is knowledge that will determine whether u lose ur money foolishly or make a profit on it. I have listened to many customers and potential ones who complained about heavy loses. Sorry to bother u all with my long epistle ,just wanted to share my experience with u all. You just said it all. The Chinese are brutal businessmen who just wants to maximise profit and most newbies fell into their trap by purchasing low quality goods @ an exorbitant price. But if you know WHAT YOU ARE SOURCING FOR it is easy for you to sift through all the chaff to get the quality you want @ a price you can make profit. It is also very important to have a market to what you are importing... people get carried away by the so called " cheap" pricing and buy what they don't really need. Thumbs up texaco1 |

francawilson: Pls is Nipost website stil working or has it bn highjacked? Its bn down for a while now.
Meanwhile, my brother bought a phone from an aliexpress supplier. Afta reading his feed backs,he was moved to buy a sony xpera z, he got d parcel thru singapore post eventhough I told him d phone wil surely b a refurbished phone dat on nairaland, they advice against buying phone and tablets frm China but he went against my advise and ordered d phone.
The phone was bought for 34k+ and is not working. It doesn't charge nor power on.He has taken it to GSM slot but they refused 2tamper wit it. They said Sony product wahala dey 2much. He's yet to open dispute cos I told him dat d supplier wil claim it was during shipping dat it got damaged.
Anyway, has anyone encountered such problm and how did u go abt it? Whatever you do, DON'T TRY TO FIX the phone to avoid breaking the warranty seal thereby violating terms of it. |

blym4real: Open a dispute immediately, and claim a full refund back up your claim by uploading the pictures of the watch. Contact your seller and explain to him. Keep me posted. In addition to what the person I quoted suggested FIRST inform the seller that you want to open dispute. Wait for the seller's reply ( if you have the luxury of time), then make a short clear video and take a picture showing damage. Open dispute. I once kept a $220 item and GOT MY FULL REFUND. |

Btw,is Nipost website nolonger working? I once had cause to return a defective phone. Did so via registered mail ( not EMS) and it arrived China in 23 days. I paid N900 for the cost of sending back the phone. Though I sent ONLY THE PHONE without its accessories. Yeah...NIPOST site is experiencing some down time. Can't track @ the moment |

A7: I believe am using the updated trademanager, it's the current/latest version displayed on their site I use.
I use blackberry, alibaba doesn't have bb app yet. I'll however ask any android user when I see one to help me out.
But hey, you're here, you have android and a good trademanager. It won't be bad if you still help. Please please please. Try this and see if it could work. Go to Settings on the app... Click Network Settings and select Use HTTP Protocol and see if you could log in |
