Very nice building but the roof is not properly done. The design in the left handside is not properly done. Many people used to do similar mistake for such work. I will be sendind a revit model of how I taught tje roof could have been done

Gd day all,

Am trying to fence my mum's house, its
100ft x 100ft.

Its partly fenced so the builder said we shud make 1000 block since the front is going to have design dat will require some metal.

Now the problem-
I sent money home and they moulded 380 blocks frm 10bags of cement.
Then I sent money again for the second batch but this time my sister recommended a new builder who was begging for the job becos his wife just had a baby and he needed d money . He now made 460 blocks from 10bags. Now they are saying the blocks are no good for fencing because there is not enuf cement on it, dat fencing block is different ftom building blocks.

How true is this? Shud I abandon the 460 blocks and fork out another 50k for more blocks.

My people, the whole of this building, which includes the half raft chaining in the foundation, the building, roofing, electrical piping, plastering and designing works, pillars and metal doors and windows with burglary proof has cost us a sum total of N1,800,000.00 till date. This also includes the materials and labour expenses and supervision till the stage in the picture above.
It does not mean that all locations will have this same cost, the location we met here was very challenging. I am still trying to remember if there are any other costs not remembered.

Tho i am sure the cost wld be a bit over the budget, cos of the water palaver Spyder had to deal with. Spyder has really gained my respect.
