Yesterday my Dad called and asked me if i sent anyone to pay 10k into his account. I replied no (cos i never did), He said he recieved a credit alert of 10k paid into his account from one .........., a female i cant imagine knowing. He has also called my siblings and they gave similar reply.
I adviced him to wait untill today, that if it was a mistake of the bank or the depositor, it will be corrected.
Seeing this post this morning makes me think that something might be wrong

I have some experience in web development so I could tell the domain is fake and the url points to a wordpress installation and I dont think an organisation like Firstbank will go for an open source technology especially when it has to do with personal banking info.

I found other fake things on the site (like http and not https) which only fellow developers can easily identify.

Please spread this 'cos there are millions of nigerians who will probably fall for this cheap Scam email.

I will say YES ur scholarship from NDDC will be enough to prove available funds for ur study in canada and u can also talk to KENNIY becos he also presented scholarship letter for his studies and has gotten his visa. U might wanna ask him to assist on certain things he added to his application.

Yes also, u can still meet up applying for sept (fall) 2013 this year if you apply now or anytime. If CDHC can issue visa b4 ur classes begins, they will request u get a new start date.
