Am just stating what I observe. And I have every reason to jubilate because I use to get 750kbps but now 5.7mbps. No more sleepless nights.

This download manager is the most inaccurate way of checking the speed of ur internet. Use speedtest app and show us the actual speed with latency and upload.

I did not use download manager. What am using is ucweb
Look at the status bar what ever my status bar show is the actual speed I get.

Ntel Network live in festac but no subscription to test the speed. Any body in festac who has the ntel line with subscription should test the speed and tell us.

Try the first steps above.
If it did not work then
1. Root your phone.(can't teach you that)
2 install xposed( can't teach you that)
3.install fake gps from xposed
4.install psiphon
If you have all these your problem is solved..
OR
Try and downloader fake gps location from Google play store.
Go to Access location/map on your phone . "Put it to GPS only".
Power on the fake gps location select usa.
Delete google account
Login again.

Try this download a vpn without root access.
Delete your account from play store.
If you have used your card with google play store before delete the card from your account.
Power the vpn select usa
Login again to play store add your card it will show you PayPal OR credit card use any method you like. All payment will be in usd.

The reason is because google play store is showing in naira. For you to be able to buy you will change the location of google play store to usa, Then it will work.
I can guide you if you are rooted.
