Make it a habit and sub. at least one week b4 your current sub. expires, this way even if they have issue with their server b4 your sub. Expires it would have been rectified.

Those guys are funny and unserious. I Mean how can recharging and subscribing be rocket science. Well let me give you guys idea, either you transfer money to their agents in the office to subscribe for you and carry your headache or u don't wait for your data to expire before trying.
Each time I'm free I try to recharge N500 and subscribe for wawu 6gb for 500. It's a tough one but it's been helpful.

Thanks boss, but is there no other way around. Cos he said he can't remember if it was backed up in Gmail or Samsung cloud or so. And the phone is not even showing forgot pattern so it can be taken up from there. Will it possible to back it up on a pc, reset and download the data back again.
