Russia had the highest number of casualties due to a mixture of inefficent generals, high population and the exceptionally heated battle between Russia and Germany.

If not for Russia entering the fray, WWII would have gone on longer than that.

Even with that, Russia turned the battle against Germany, invaded Germany and bombed Hitler until he commited suicide

It seems you've derailed so I ask you this :
Who dealt with who more?
Hitler who couldn't even capture Stalingrad
or Stalin who forced hitler to his knees.
