Now unless you have proof (and not conjecture, or imaginary accounts) to prove that a 14 year old has ever been admitted into Unilag for a degree course, then please kindly hold your peace. If you continue in this vein, you would end up looking clueless.

Utme has does not mean it universally applies. A brilliant student can do basic in any private university and get admission the following year. This is Nigeria, a place where rules are broken like they never existed.
