I tried selling my car here and I was amazed by the response I got. Do you actually make sales from here, I feel only trolls come to see adverts here and make all sorts of funny comments.

Personally, I just logged out immediately I saw their conditions. I was not about to subject any of my loved ones to that kind of stress. I moved on, followed that link and applied for the GEM program. I was invited for an induction in PH. They said they would get back to us in the next six weeks. It's been 5 months now and I have not heared from them.

Lol, you've been asking the wrong guys out or doing it wrongly. When a guy asks you out, sex is definitely part of the intention but when a girl asks a guy out, most guys see it as sex they already had. It is a done deal. While asking, make sure your dignity is in tact and you do not go belly up just to have him because from personal experience, girls are very aggressive when they've decided to have a man and they do things that will usually be termed rape should a guy be in their position.

You can ask a guy out but do so while retaining your dignity.

You must be a joker. Quality craftsmanship is very, very expensive because their works takes time and patience to achieve. Those who computerize or mechanise will charge you for that. Most top artisans I know do just a couple of jobs a year and some are booked two and three years in advance.
Anyway craftsmanship is art and thus subjective. What may be intriguing to you may be just average to me.

Hmm, I'm a trained visual artist and know what I'm saying. Let me be clear here when I say craftsmanship I'm referring to is normal tiling, masonry, painting, cast jobs and others. Pricing is based on individual preference. A previous employee of julius berger who decides to go solo will always charge less than another employee that leaves but starts a company around his craftsmanship, it does not mean the smart businessman of the 2 is compulsorily better than the other.

Other factors as social connections also come to play. A very good craftsman due to lack of formal education may not be given the opportunity to deal with influential and high networth clients who pay more so he has to charge clientele what they can afford while still delivering amazing craftsmanship.

It is obvious you have never built. Land price does not determine building cost rather materials and quality of labour used. In some cases expensive labour does not mean best craftsmanship, best craftsmanship could come from cheaper labour.
