Vetting never ends till the day you retire. I'm quite sure it's for vetting purpose probably to get more information about you. That's the only reason they could ask for your referees

Your state command probably just started your own vetting process and that's the reason for the asking for referees

You probably fell motivated because you were vetted some weeks ago and felt call for camp would be few days after you were Contacted. I was contacted and vetted as far back as the end of February and I'm still waiting just like you. Just be patient the call can come at anytime. It's just a matter of the dg giving the go ahead signal. I can't say for sure the date for camp but what I know is everything is set. Just for go ahead to be given. So just be patient and ready.

That isn't the reason for the white. Previous senior officers mostly take their promotion exams at bauchi but this year seems to be different as it is being held in lagos. The white is just the default color for all paramilitary recruits under going training

The Lagos training school is occupied with senior officers taking their promotion exams. And they won't be out till 29th of July so any hopes of camp as far as cadets is concerned is from next month God's willing. As for the number of cadets per state. As it stands no one knows for certain at least till the call for camp comes.

If u haven't been called either last month or this past two weeks of this month. Den I highly doubt ur lucky. But if it's meant to be it will be, till dey leave for camp anything can happen. Stay sharp, avoid wahala, avoid bad company, avoid sentiment, avoid religious and ethinical palava.. avoid partisanship..

The recruitment process in the service has 2 ways. Those who come in through the front door and those who come in through the back door(if you know you know). Those who came in through the front door have been vetted since March April while those coming in through the back door are being vetted now that's the reason for the calls o referees and the rest is being received about 2 weeks ago.

Some were contacted as far back as the month of may

I don't know the cadre you may be referring to but if its for the cadet level.. You are very wrong

I can't answer question 1. For all states but majority of the states had called for documentation after interview.

3.if u weren't called back for documentation my guess is that u wer not lucky. Cos only does called off documentation still would have hope which is not even 100percent sure sef. But it's not all lost if u did well in ur interview u never know, cos in my command dey replaced on guy because they found out he was a trouble maker and storborn.he was even exhibiting it before our eyes some level of corkyness.. so till it's camp list and camp date u can't totally give up but I'd also like to add chances are slim if u weren't called for documentation, take up frsc form,prison,fireservice. Best of luck with the job hunt man
