If not delivered before that date, open a dispute a day to it as item not delivered. Although you can still open the dispute after that but they'll assumed the item has been delivered in the first instance.

you mean it because post office are given me assurance that I should wait for some time that cov19 is making things slow and I don't know if I will be able to upon dispute after the time if I didn't receive the package

Drop at Berger or Ojota and enter a bus heading to Ikeja. You don't have to follow the PMT bus to Oyingbo. In case you don't want to enter public transport within Lagos, download the Uber or Bolt app onto your mobile phone and book a ride to the Ikeja address you are heading to from either of Ojota or Berger once you drop; you'll get much cheaper rates and better cars than you would with the regular 'drop'. Godspeed!

Oga, go to peace mass transit opposite inec office or if you want nite jrny u go to sabon gari but the best I will advise u take is NSTA, they will drop you at oyibo from oyibo you can take drop direct to ikeja, since u are new in Lagos, pls do urself good ND take drop.. I don warn u

Go and get your ticket at Peace Mass Transit's park, opposite INEC office along David Mark Road. They normally ply that route, just tell the driver to drop you somewhere close to your location.
