thanks for all the help. i just found out from a friend that it was d administrator user dat i deleted and it seems mine is d guest user. please is thete anyway to restore this mistake without losing my files

check if the user is the adminstrator

windows start ---control panel ---(if arraged by large or small icons) go to ------ user accounts click on user accounts it will show the account name and under the account it will state the account category

thats what im trying to explain. i dont have access to many parts of my system.whenever i try to access it and windows pop up the allow program tab ieYES/NO, the yes option is always blank. only d NO Is available

1. Download the freesigner i uploaded with your certificate.
2. Install it.
3. Download HelloOX 1.03 or HelloOX2 v2.03
4. Sign it and then install it
5. Open it

Sorry,your firmware version cannot be cooked by hellOX.The process for cooking new firmware versions is lengthy and has not been tested by me,but it works

you need to check which username is named as the adminstrator and log in with that account

ont really understand d above statement. but right now its only one user account & anytime i try to access some particular settings say control panel>user account>create or edit account it refuses to access. just brings out d dialogbox with d yes not active

good day engineers in the house. i was using my laptop which i bought from a certain guy. it happened that he had a previous user account and i was storing most of my files on it. i created my own user account and deleted the other guys account. after restarting the system it came on like a branded system and i tried to access my files but im told access denied and all sort of security. i tried to open the files from all users[windows7] but the file is refusing to open keep telling access denied.that i have to be logged on as administrator. ive tried all ways to access it but cANT. AND i have very important files which i need.
please i need your answers a.s.a.p
