CrimeHow Shell Helped Nigeria's Military To Commit Human Right Abuses - Amnesty by JideAmuGiaka(op): 1:03pm On Nov 28, 2017
Amnesty International on Tuesday called for Shell to be prosecuted for allegedly helping Nigeria’s military to commit human rights abuses in the oil-rich south in the 1990s.
The London-based global rights watchdog said the oil giant should be tried in Nigeria, as well as Britain and Netherlands where it has its head office.

Shell’s Nigerian subsidiary strongly denied the charges, calling them “false and without merit”.
Audrey Gaughran, director of global issues and research at Amnesty, said it was “indisputable that Shell played a key role” in events in Ogoniland in the 1990s.
“But we now believe that there are grounds for a criminal investigation,” she added in a statement after publishing a cache of documents relating to the turbulent period.
A criminal file will be prepared and submitted to the authorities “with a view to prosecution”, she said.

Amnesty alleged that the oil major “repeatedly encouraged” Nigeria’s military to deal with community protests in Ogoniland, which is part of the Niger Delta region.
It claimed the company was aware that “would lead to unlawful killings, rape, torture, the burning of villages” and even provided transport for troops.
“That it has never answered for this is an outrage,” it added.

– ‘Murderous attacks’ –

Community unrest forced Shell to quit Ogoniland in 1993 but the company still maintains a network of pipelines in the area.
Amnesty said Shell and the Nigerian military government at the time operated as business partners and had regular meetings to discuss the protection of their interests.
“Internal memos and minutes from meetings show Shell lobbying senior government officials for military support, even after the security forces had carried out mass killings of protesters,” it said.
“They also show that on several occasions Shell provided logistical or financial assistance to military or police personnel when it was well aware that they had been involved in murderous attacks on defenceless villagers.”
On November 10, 1995, Ogoni activist and writer Ken Saro-Wiwa and eight of his compatriots were executed on trumped-up murder charges.

That led to Nigeria’s expulsion from the Commonwealth. The nation was readmitted in 1999 after its return to civilian rule.
A spokesman for the Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Ltd (SPDC), said: “Amnesty International’s allegations concerning SPDC are false and without merit.
“SPDC did not collude with the authorities to suppress community unrest and in no way encouraged or advocated any act of violence in Nigeria.
“We believe that the evidence will show clearly that Shell was not responsible for these tragic events.”
Shell remains a major oil operator in Nigeria, accounting for much of the country’s daily output of some two million barrels per day.

RomanceMy Wife Still Communicates With Her Ex-lover On Facebook by JideAmuGiaka(op): 3:20pm On Nov 27, 2017
A 45-year-old Marketer, Samsideen Apanisile, on Monday sought the dissolution of his 14-year marriage to his wife, Basirat, at an Ikorodu Customary Court in Lagos State, for allegedly still communicating with her ex-lover on facebook.
Apanisile, the Petitioner and a resident of Aladiye Community in Ikorodu, told the court to dissolve the union, on a claim that his wife was communicating with a man, whom he suspected to be her ex-lover.
“My wife commits adultery. Apart from that, she is very disrespectful to me and my family.
“I have proof of her communication with men on facebook. I have a print-out of her conversation from her facebook inbox.
“I am fed up with the union. I can no longer live with an adulterous wife. An adulterous wife can kill her husband, please separate us,’’ he told the court.
However, the Respondent, Basirat, 44, a trader and mother of four children, denied the claim and accused her husband of not making her happy.
“My husband is always making phone calls. He does not have time for me.
“He is accusing me of infidelity but I was never jealous when he brought another woman to our house.
“I am not commuting adultery as he has alleged. There is no man that would marry me with four children. I plead for settlement,’’ she said.
The petitioner tendered a printout of his wife’s alleged conversation with men on facebook to the court.
The President of the Court, Mrs Funmi Adeola, urged both parties to remain in peace, while the court would commence a series of investigations into the matter.
She adjourned the case until Dec. 4, for continuation of hearing.

RomanceHow Abuja Wife Increased Her Husband's Manhood Size by JideAmuGiaka(op): 12:48pm On Nov 25, 2017
30 seconds. That how long it takes for my husband to release his sperm all over the place. Then we’re done with the sex.

My name is Mrs. Damilola, and I got married to my husband about 3 years ago… actually before the marriage, my husband claimed that he wanted us to wait until we got married before having sex as God-fearing couples.
I agreed.
But when we started having sex after the marriage, my husband cannot have sex with me for more than 20seconds before he releases.
And to make it worse, he would not be able to get his penis up again.
At first, I tried to cope. But it was becoming more frustrating because apart from the problem of releasing too fast during sex… My husband’s manhood was also very small like that of a baby.

Even when my husband penetrates me, I do not really feel his penis inside me, it was just as if the manhood is swimming inside my vagina.
At a point, I stopped having sex with him because sex with my husband became useless to me.
Of what use is having sex with a man that releases within few seconds of penetrating a woman?
Is there any enjoyment in having sex with a man that has an embarrassing small penis that is not even up to the last finger?
My husband started looking for solutions to his problem, first he tried drugs from pharmaceutical stores, herbs and concoctions but they could not give lasting results.
After sometime the effectiveness wears off, and the problem came again… my husband could not perform for up to 30seconds before he release.
After spending so much money on the fake drugs, herbs and even sprays just to last longer and get erections… my husband almost gave up on his condition.

Later on, my husband came in contact with a men health specialist during a workshop organized by the company where he works.
My husband narrated his embarrassing situation to the men health specialist, and he promised to help him out with natural solutions that would be affordable, have no side effects, and very effective to permanently cure him.

The men health specialist recommended a
NAFDAC APPROVED natural herbal supplement for my husband that helps men cure weak erection and quick ejaculation and also improves sexual stamina and libido.
Click Here To See The NAFDAC Approved Supplement That Helps Men Last 25minutes During Sex And Get Stronger Erections Without Any Side Effects!
The natural herbal supplement contains 50 capsules , and all my husband did was to use 2 capsules daily with water or natural honey.
Within the first 5 days of using the herbal supplement, I noticed that my husband could now get normal erections like a healthy man should have early in the morning.
After 7 days of using the capsules, we made love and instead of lasting few seconds like my husband used to do in the past, he went on to last 15minutes without releasing.

That night, I was filled with joy to know that my husband condition has improved and he was now performing like a real man should.
The natural herbal supplement is approved by NAFDAC and contains good herbs that burns poisons or toxins that kills your manpower out of your body system.
Even better, it works without any side effect. My husband did not feel any slight headache when using it. It’s purely herbal and curative.
Let Me Introduce You To The Exact Herbal Supplement That Helped My Husband Overcome His Many Years Struggles With Quick Ejaculation And Weak Erection… And Became A Bedroom Champion That Last For Over 25minutes During Sex

CrimeAfter Drinking Pap With Human Parts, Spirits Will Bring Us Money - Ritualists by JideAmuGiaka(op): 10:19am On Nov 23, 2017
By Ola Ajayi
Ibadan—Despite the offensive odour from the blue plastic bucket that contained human parts, many still waited to hear what the suspects will say as the Oyo State Police Command paraded three people caught in possession of two fresh human heads and legs, as well as the alleged killer of a former member of the House of Assembly in the state.

The three young men informed the Police that their unbridled desires to get rich quick prompted them to get the human parts for money rituals.

The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Abiodun Odude, during the parade, said the suspects were arrested by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Command on November 11, following a tip-off by a member of the public.

Odude added that the suspects confessed to have severed the body parts from corpses at a Muslim cemetery in Isale General Area of Ogbomoso.

The three arrested suspects are Alfa Kareem, 37; Bello, 22, and Adebayo Yusuf.

Confessions
One of the suspects, Kareem, noted that this was his first attempt at using human parts for money rituals.

The second suspect, Bello, said: “We went to Isale General at Ogbomoso to exhume the bodies at about 8p.m. On our way back, two inquisitive boys, who accosted us on the road, demanded to know where the offensive odour was from.

“We tried to deceive them, but they were insistent. So we had to run. They caught Kareem before the Police arrested us at our homes.”

Asked what they intended to do with the human parts, Taofeek said: “We wanted to use the parts for money rituals. If we had succeeded in taking them to our place, we would have dried and burnt them.

“After burning the parts, we will grind same to powdery substance and mix some of it with soap to take our bath in the morning and to take pap at night. After we have done this, some weird creatures, who we generally call spirits, will bring the money to us— usually at night.”

All of them, however, claimed it was the first time they would do such a thing.
Asked how they got the knowledge of the ritual, they remained evasive in their responses.

Lawmaker’s killer
The Police Command also paraded a runaway killer of a member of Oyo State House of Assembly, Gideon Aremu, representing Oorelope Constituency, July last year.

The commissioner said the suspect, who escaped to Ekiti, his country home, shortly after committing the act, had been on the Police wanted list.

His words: “Nemesis caught up with the suspect when he was arrested in his criminal hideout after sneaking into the state and led another robbery gang to snatch a motorcycle from its owner at Egbeda area of the state.”

The suspect, Arobiole, popularly called Judgment, did not deny when asked if he was the one that pulled the trigger.

‘How we killed him’
Narrating how he and two others committed the crime, Judgment said: “It was Toiheeb, who initiated the idea. The lawmaker was described as a very generous man, who always gave people in the neighbourhood money.

“We trailed him to his house and as he tried to alight from the car, we pointed guns at him. The lawmaker was surprised to see his neighbour among us. He held him by the shirt and said ‘Even you.’

“We collected his phone then I shot him because he was struggling with us. We thought since he knew one of us, he would expose us sooner or later. It was after we killed him that we knew he was a very important person in Oyo State.”

The governor of Ekiti state, Chief Ayodele Fayose has on Monday signed into law, bill prohibiting secret cults and terrorism, noting that anyone caught sponsoring on practicing cultism would be sentenced to death as a punishment for violating the law.

“From now, any person who is a member of a secret cult, whether or not the person is in possession or in control of any offensive weapon but commits the offence, is liable to conviction to death.

Governor Fayose appending his signature on the cultism bill
“Any person who gives financial or material support or assistance to a secret cult or in any manner sponsor the activities of a secret cult, commits an offence under this law and is liable or conviction to imprisonment for life” he said.

Fayose made the call while appending his signature to the bill at the government house Ado-Ekiti.

According to him, the signing was a confirmation of the unwavering commitment of the state government to combating terrorism in the state.

However, in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr Idowu Adelusi, the governor frowned at the resurgence of the scourge in the state, especially among students in tertiary institutions.

Emphasizing on students full engagement in cultism Fayose opined that anybody who intentionally encouraged secret cult meeting or activities in places such as houses, night clubs, hotels and other residential areas would be convicted to life imprisonment.

PoliticsNnamdi Kanu's Trial Stalled By Judge's Absence by JideAmuGiaka(op): 2:18pm On Nov 20, 2017
The trial of Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), has been adjourned till December 5 by the Federal High Court, Abuja.

The IPOB leader’s trial was stalled on Monday due to absence of ‎the trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako.

Justice Nyako, who is trying Kanu for treasonable felony, amongst other charges, is said be attending the ‘All Judges’ Conference’ currently holding at the National Judicial Institute in Abuja.

Meanwhile, the Kanu’s lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor had earlier declared the IPOB leader missing following the alleged invasion of his home‎ on September 14, 2017, by the Nigerian Army.

Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe, one those standing as Kanu`s surety, had appeared in court on Monday.

PoliticsIPOB: Senator Abaribe In Court For Nnamdi Kanu's Trial by JideAmuGiaka(op): 2:08pm On Nov 20, 2017
Kanu and abaribe
A serving senator, Eyinnaya Abaribe, who is one of the three persons standing as sureties for the bail granted the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, has appeared in court ahead of the Monday’s hearing in the trial of the IPOB’s leader.

Our correspondent sighted Abaribe on the premises of the Federal High Court in Abuja at about 9.45am on Monday.

By 9.50am the senator was seated in courtroom on the fourth floor of the court building where the Monday’s proceedings are to take place.

The trial judge, Justice Binta Nyako, had on October 17, 2017, ordered Abaribe, and two others standing as sureties to appear in court to explain the IPOB leader’s whereabouts.

Kanu, who was enjoying the bail granted him by the judge on April 24, 2017, was absent from court at the previous proceedings when trial was billed to commence.

His three co-defendants – the National Coordinator of IPOB, Mr. Chidiebere Onwudiwe; an IPOB member, Benjamin Madubugwu; and a former Field Maintenance Engineer seconded to the MTN, David Nwawuisi – were produced in court by prison officials.

But Bright Chimezie, who became a co-defendant in the case following an amendment of the charges was also absent.

The new co-defendant was said to be in the custody of the Department of State Service.

Kanu’s lawyer, Mr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, told the judge on October 17 that Kanu had been missing after soldiers allegedly invaded the IPOB leader’s home‎ on September 14, 2017, adding that the Nigerian Army was in the best position to produce the defendant.

A lawyer, Mr. Ogechi Ogunna, appeared for Abaribe informing the judge ‎that his client had filed a motion seeking to be discharged as Kanu’s surety.

‎The two other sureties, Immanuel Shalum Okabenmabu and Tochukwu Uchendu, were absent from court and not represented by any lawyer on Tuesday.

‎But Justice Nyako said Abaribe’s motion could not be heard until Kanu was produced in court.

After lawyers representing parties to the case announced their appearances on October 17, the prosecuting counsel, Mr. Shuabu Labaran, who was led by Mr. Saleh Barkum, noted that Kanu was absent from court.

He urged the court to order the arrest of the IPOB leader for being absent from court on Tuesday.

But Kanu’s lawyer, Ejiofor, told the judge that Kanu was ready to face trial until the military invasion after which he had become missing.

PoliticsYour Son, Ngige Would Have Been In Saraki's Position - Presidency Blames Igbos by JideAmuGiaka(op): 10:51am On Nov 18, 2017
Nigeria’s presidency on Friday lambasted people of the South-east, declaring that Minister of Labour, Chris Nigige, would have emerged Senate President, if he was re-elected as Senator.

Former Kwara governor, Bukola Saraki, also a member of the ruling APC, is the current leader of the country’s federal legislature.

This position of the presidency is contained in an article titled ‘Wise men still come from the East’ written by presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina.

The essay was a review of President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to Ebonyi and Anambra states on Tuesday and Wednesday.

He lamented that the South-east, aside ignoring Buhari whom he said got meagre votes from the region, failed to seize the opportunity to clinch Senate Presidency.

Adesina wrote, “To make matters worse, the East had refused to re-elect its own son, Dr Chris Ngige, as senator. If Ngige had been given a mandate, he would have effortlessly emerged Senate President, and see what the region would have benefitted.

“But the large number opted for self-immolation, voted Ngige out, and later began to scream marginalization. But if you ask me, it was a self-inflicted wound. Result of poor politics.

“You know what the mistakes of 2015 did to Ndigbo? It consigned them to perpetual opposition politics, playing in the periphery. For such an illustrious and enterprising people, that was unfortunate, if not tragic.

“If they continued that way, there was no silver lining in the sky for the future. Nigeria is configured in a way that the person who builds the largest coalition is the one who can emerge President.

”The Igbo should naturally produce the President one day, that is what fairness demands. But how would that ever happen, if they continued to play poor politics? If you continue to swim in small pools, you stand the risk of being submerged in bigger waters. But now, things are changing. The wise men are making a difference.”

RomanceI Have Not Seen My Kind Of Man For Marriage - Chinenye Love, Filmmaker by JideAmuGiaka(op): 8:15am On Nov 18, 2017
Nollywood actress turned filmmaker, Chinney Love Eze, is undoubtedly one of the youngest successful movie producers in Nigeria. At 29, Chinney has produced over 20 movies and still counting, but just like every other human, the Anambra State indigene has some unfulfilled wishes about marriage.

“In life I won’t say I have regrets, I see it all as a path one has to take to get to a certain position. But I just wished I had gotten married before now. Although, I have had my own fair share of heartbreaks and I cried to my satisfaction, then I got over it, I believe it all happened for a reason.

For everyone I have met in life, I believe it’s for a purpose. I take the positive parts and keep going. Well, looking at it from another angle, maybe, if I had gotten married before now, I won’t be where I am today,” she told Inside Nollywood.

When asked about her present relationship status, the Hire A Man producer said she is currently single and not in any relationship but waiting on God’s choice.

“Yes, I’m single, but I won’t say I’m ready to mingle, rather I’m waiting on God’s time and His choice for me. I haven’t seen my kind of man for marriage. I want someone who respects people genuinely, loves God and have big dreams and ambitions. I want to get married to my own husband, because I’m not of the school of thought that believe, in divorce, no matter what.”

RomanceWhy Some Women Find It Difficult To Conceive by JideAmuGiaka(op): 5:32pm On Nov 15, 2017
Recently, a consortium of fertility experts from various international organisations both in Europe and Africa met under the auspices of the World Health Organisation and came up with a new definition of “Infertility” which was published in the Fertility and Sterility Journal, September, 2017.

In the new definition, infertility is the failure to establish a clinical pregnancy after 12 months of regular, unprotected sexual intercourse due to impairment of a person’s capacity to reproduce either as an individual or with his/ her partner.

Furthermore, they opine that fertility interventions may be less than one- year based on medical, sexual and reproductive history, age, physical findings and diagnostic test.

The most common cause of infertility in female is the inability to produce eggs that are normal. Disorders of egg production accounts for more than 30 per cent of infertility in women. Fortunately, 70 per cent of these cases can be successfully treated with the use of drugs that support ovulation.

Drugs like clomid, gonadotropins; menogon, follitrope, folligraft, gonal F and several other FSH (follicle stimulating hormone) help to stimulate the growth of follicles. Anovulation (inability to ovulate) can be due to four major factors:

Hormonal factors:

These are the most common causes of anovulation. The ovulatory mechanism is controlled by the complex balance of hormones and I liken it to an orchestra in the symphony, any disruption in this process can hinder ovulation. Three main factors causing this are:

Failure to produce mature eggs

In about 50 per cent cases of anovulation, the ovaries do not produce normal follicles in which the eggs can mature. Ovulation is rare if the eggs are immature and the chance of fertilisation becomes almost non-existent. Even when a substantial amount of ovulatory support hormones like FSH are given, and we obtain like 12 eggs, seven of the eggs would be fully matured while five eggs are immature and cannot be fertilised even using “brute force” with Intra cytoplasmic sperm injection.

Polycystic ovary syndrome is the most common disorder responsible for this problem. Symptoms such as amenorrhoea, hirsutism, anovulation and infertility are evident in polycystic ovary syndrome.

This syndrome is characterised by a reduced production of FSH, and normal or high levels of LH, estrogen, and testosterone. The current hypothesis is that the suppression of FSH associated with this condition causes partial development of ovarian follicles, and follicular cysts can be detected in an ultrasound scan.

The affected ovary often becomes surrounded by a smooth white capsule and doubles its normal size. The increased level of oestrogen raises the risk of breast cancer. This condition has also been linked with the inadequate carbohydrate metabolism especially with resistance to insulin.

Insulin is the hormone produced by the body to help us to manage our sugar intake. This can be successfully managed by dietary regulation, detoxification and the use of anti-diabetic drugs like metformin. The thyroid gland and the adrenal gland also play a significant role in the manifestations of some of the infertility problems at this level.

Malfunction of the hypothalamus

The hypothalamus is the portion of the brain responsible for sending signals to the pituitary gland, which, in turn, sends hormonal stimuli to the ovaries in the form of FSH and LH to initiate egg maturation. It can be regarded as the director of music for the symphony orchestra for ovulation.

If the hypothalamus fails to trigger and control this process, immature eggs will result. This amounts to 20 per cent of cases with ovarian failure. We now know that some of the malfunctions of the hypothalamus can be due to poor diet: malnutrition, bad eating habits, stress, and some environmental and occupational toxins.

Malfunction of the pituitary gland

The pituitary’s responsibility lies in producing and secreting FSH and LH. It is easily termed as the musical conductor. The ovaries will be unable to ovulate properly if either too much or too little of these substances are produced. This can occur due to physical injury, a tumour or chemical imbalance in the pituitary.

Also, physical damage to the ovaries may result in failed ovulation. For instance, extensive, invasive, or multiple surgeries for repeated ovarian cysts may cause the capsule of the ovary to become damaged or scarred, such that follicles cannot mature properly and ovulation does not occur.

In Nigeria, a great number of ladies had been sent into premature ovarian failure because they were attempting to terminate a pregnancy. A termination of pregnancy by D and C (dilatation and curettage) by unskilled hand with excess bleeding may lead to ovarian short down and scarring.

Another rare case and an unexplainable cause of anovulation. Some women cease menstruating and begin menopause before normal age. It is hypothesised that their natural supply of eggs has been depleted. A majority of cases occur in extremely athletic women with a long history of low body weight and extensive exercise.

mastermaestro:
A random faith-damaging picture from nowhere is ascribed to Christianity and supposed Christians would come here to abuse the faith with excitement. Seun, is this your new project, to ridicule Christianity? You op, so you find it fascinating to tag Christianity to a dubious anonymous photo just for vain weightless, hollow fame? It's a path of eternal regrets you are treading. Turn back, son, turn back!
Seun and co are rubbishing Christianity every Saturday they close their threads with evill report against Christianity just to poison the minds of people going to church on Sundays.

They closed with this last Saturday against Sunday morning

and yesterday you close the day with this fake report just to spite the body of Christ and poison the mind of so many Christians going to church on these Sundays. Must you be closing your Saturdays threads with bad reports against the church?

You are only doing yourselves.

I banged one last month, I have been giving her sexual signs before now but last month it came to a climax and she enjoyed it.
During the second round, something strange happened, she was like restless and was making a funny sound...... "ashikashika..ashikashika..ashikashika..."
Her eyes was turning with her body moving strangely, I became afraid not knowing that she was experiencing orgasms.
Can you imagine?
