Please the guys that use extended performance, is it the same normal filter that you use for 15k miles? Or do you change the filter at 5k intervals? (Is this even advisable?)

To my understanding the extended performance require an extended performance oil filter

My people, this uber people have started. Ive not been able to go online since they did this their fancy app. It keeps saying I should take a selfie, I so that but keep getting an error message. At what time can one cancel trip on Taxify without losing activity score? The timer doesn't turn red any longer. These people are just implementing changes that puts the driver at a disadvantage

Good day everyone, my vehicle documents expired but I've renewed and uploaded but it's still pending review. How long on the average is this supposed to take before approval? I uploaded the documents last night.

Is there a way to send their support a message? I've gone through the app and their website but there doesn't seem to be a way to reach them. Please assist me kind sirs

It works O, since I step up my activity score to 98%, I don’t wait too long to get request among other drivers whose activity score is low even if they are nearer to d rider self.

Does it actually work? I think taxify uses the drivers geographical proximity to the rider according to the location the GPS places them

The problem with taxify is because they don't charge cancellation fee, so the riders feel they can do as they wish. Let taxify start charging and watch them switch demeanour

Lol, sorry. Some will even tell you to come fast and you drive like James Bond to their pick-up point and they be like please give me 5 minutes I am coming and you'll wait for another ten minutes they won't still come out. Some will still be bathing and make a request only for you to get their and start waiting for them. The Job can make one go crazy mhen. Uber riders are more better, most times they'll be patient for you to get to their pick-up point.

Mine was in the default 2km radius. What I've found is that a lot of drivers work overnight on Sundays so they rest on monday

Lol @ the highlighted. I used it to capture enough vehicles online. I was curious to know if there can be so many drivers so early on a Monday morning.

As with all things taxify, prepare your mind for delay. You might be lucky and it's attended to promptly, but from my experience it was delayed for weeks before it was eventually cleared because I didn't want to visit their office too

I have not done the transfer yet, I don't want to visit there office that's always crowded, I just don't want to do transfer then stories will start then I will have to visit the office am avoiding

You're right about the starting trip by mistake, when I just started it happened to me, I was going to cancel the trip but that pop up that asks do you want to start trip just appeared, Na so I press green o. So it's quite possible to start a trip in error. That's another design blunder in the taxify driver app

truly it can be Inexperience or touch screen error.. It has happened to me more than twice.. When it's already on arrived. After 3 mins it brings a pop up "do u want to start d ride?" and ignorantly while trying to cancel d ride or slide d arrived button again, you start the ride.. I always get 1 star for this though..

No one refunded me o. Infant now taxify has calculated the trip as 4200 ie 1200 at the end of trip and this 3000 the added to my earnings of yesterday, but I only collected 3000 which I stated to them when I made the review

I took someone from Lekki phase 1 to the airport, trip was calculated as ₦1200, I informed rider and he gave me ₦3,000 but the fare should still have been more than that because toll alone was ₦500. How does it work is it the ₦3,000 they just added or what cos I still expect that I'm still owed.

the 3k is from a trip u reviewed maybe few days ago.. It's Ur money,. Fear not.

Once u review a price, it won't add to Ur income. Toll they verify it, hence the addition

Guys confirm your earnings to make sure thats what you actually made, taxify added ₦3,000 to my earnings, money that I didn't make, that means they'll charge.commission on money I didn't make. Has anyone else experienced this before?

Really do not know why riders when you get to their pickup location they will be like give me some time I will be with you shortly, 3-10mins you don't see them and when they finally show up after several calls they will want you to do fast and furious on Lagos road!!!! Me am tired of hearing am in a hurry and more annoying- is this the fastest you can move. Damn it!!!

It actually was, the SUV that had an impact with this Camry was a totally written off, the insurance company will get a new one, but guess what, it was a win win situation for my friend.

This must have been a very serious accident to have caused frame damage. Hope it wasn't fatal?

I run comot where I dey time don dey approach 7:30, Na so trip enter o, from the place adeniran ogunsanya to ShopRite same street ₦400. But the value of that trip Na ₦4,000.

On a more serious note, taxify needs to do something about this cancellation, as I was typing this 2 more cancellations, that makes 6 within 2 hrs.

Taxify has gone gung-ho on riders who have their card on the app, debiting them multiple times even when they didn't take a ride.

Guys always endeavour to call your riders before they call you, it just might save you. So I got a ride from a certain Crestview hotel in ogudu, I called the number immediately and the person who answered said he never requested for a ride and that this has been going on for sometime, weird, so I probed further he then said his phone was stolen and that he had the app on the phone, just after I dropped the call someone called saying he requested for a ride, said he was at Crestview I asked destination he said Agege, immediately alarm bells went off in my head. I called the other guy and he said that crestview is his area. Maybe these are the guys that rob drivers who knows.
