Declarative knowledge is different from procedural knowledge . Like critique which is the easiest occupation to embrace but doesn't pay bills of a critic , so also is declarative knowledge because it never lead to productivity . Now , what am saying in essence is that you or whoever the original author of this article is is not in better position to assume knowing what the secret of a successful blogger is when you have no successful blog under your radar .
