Lol..... I believe this thread was created to table whatever issues we encounter with our phones whether positive or negative. That's what we call hands on honest review. Maybe I am not the suffering and smiling type. So if I encounter any issue with my phone I post here so I could get help. Honestly, this thread has taught me a lot of positive things.

Click on phone information.
Click on set preferred network type then change it to LTE/WCDMA

I have been a ghost reader since 2010 though. I am happy to be part of the umidigi family, I just notice that my phone can't make call. Though I used Airtel Sim.

Did you put it on permanent 4g? If yes you, then you can't make call nor check your balance.

You need not to activate, It's auto I think. I made a call this morning and I saw the HD sign on my screen during the and the conversation was so wow....
So loud and clear, I am so glad owning this phone.

E dey the setting ni? I have not used my A5 pro for calls after the update sha. And it's late for me to call and confirm now. Will do that 2moro. Have you tested your your own after the update? My battery has really improved and the front camera improved a little bit as well.

So after the update of a5 pro I noticed few changes

1. The volume can be adjusted when you hold down the rocker unlike before you have to press it repeatedly to adjust the volume

2. You can now answer call on HD which means more clearer and louder audio call

My phone don Taya me o, I don't know if my battery is the faulty one or my battery, phone hardly charges, so many irregularities, I don't know which fault to pinpoint, battery can stay on a particular number while charging and not leave, takes time to charge if it finally does, I noticed the battery doesn't get to 100, got to about 95 one time and started discharging....now I have it plugged in my power bank, been on a single bar for over 30 minutes, the whole thing don Taya me, how can I detect what's faulty??,,battery or charging port cause sometimes I notice the phone won't charge until I remove the cord and insert or try to twist a bit...........secondly, I just got a new power bank last night, a new age PB to be precise, but it seems to be going off every now and then ... My A5 pro is taking forever to charge. Almost 2hours of charging, it increased from 46% to 67%. And also showing me 5hours until full. Is it like that when charging for the first time or how do I speed up the charging?

Been following this thread for like a month now. Summing up the pros and cons of the A5 Pro, I've come to the conclusion that its a nice phone at that price.
I'll like to buy mine ASAP but please I'll like to know the bank you use to pay and how much you were charged as per exchange rate cus my Access Visa card charges me N366/$ and I heard other banks charge lesser.

My bro and I just went to an infinix/Tecno store to buy a phone,all the people wey dey work for there just dey collect my phone up and down say its beautiful and the display is crisp.Those who even took photo said it's great.
