No. Consensual sexual acts should not be crimes. There's a difference between a crime and a sin. Sins are the ones in the bible and Koran, while crimes are stuffs you do that harm the other person. Fornication isn't a crime cos it's between two consenting adults. So also should be gayism, lesbianism, masturbation, etc. They're probably sins alright, but should not pass as crimes. Although I sha know that these laws in Nigeria about what is legal and what is illegal don't hold water cos nobody implements them. I mean plenty gay and lesbian couples are doing their thing, and nothing happens.

Good and intelligent response. Since adultery/fornication aint crime then homosexuality shouldn't be crime cus its all been carried out by two consented adults. But rape, murder, armed robbery etc, at least somebody gets hurt.
