I lived in constant fear all my life. I am not referring to natural fears like the fear of snakes or flying insects. I feared God. I did not become a believer because I truly loved God, but because I feared Him. I lived right not because I wanted to honor God, but because I was afraid of His wrath.

I was unable to reconcile the image of a loving Christ with a seemingly harsh God. I had sinned over and over again in the course of my life as I felt that I could never measure up to God’s standard. Whenever I prayed to God, I prayed in order to fulfill my duty as a Christian. I never felt secure in my salvation.

Pastor Prince, when I first started listening to your teachings, it was difficult to discard the wrong beliefs that I had been brought up with. But after a year of listening to the gospel of grace, your teachings have changed my life. I began to understand that my salvation is founded on God’s unconditional love for me. I feel so loved by God now.

In the past, I had always felt the need to prove my worth in life. I could never accept God’s unmerited favor. But now, I no longer feel the pressure to perform in order to earn His love for me. I have hope now because I know God is for me, not against me. I believe He does not condemn me when I fail. His love and grace for me enables me to do better. Sin does not interest me anymore because Christ loves me too much! God’s grace encourages me to be free from sin.

Thank you so much for preaching the unadulterated gospel of Grace. It has set me free from all my fears. I feel like a born-again Christian. I am constantly feeding on the Word, and growing and maturing in my faith. Your ministry has truly unveiled our Lord Jesus Christ. You and your family will always be in my prayers.
