The truth is that a whole lot of folks av 4gotten what dey applied for. A reliable info I got was that its EH (Experience Hire) dt are getting dia letas now, bt am kinda surprised dt GTs are claiming same.

I can safely say that you need 2 things
Intelligence : You can only consult for people you know more than on a subject. People willing to pay for your talent

Industry: You will work hard and be resourceful. Leave all the others to GOD

it depends Bank PHB is just developing i guess, if u like to be part of the growth I think its ok but i don't know what their pay is like o.Intercontinental bank is already a"big" bank, u could join and it still provides room for you to shine only u will have to put in more, again i don't know what they pay. but i think the pay at intercontinetal should be higher---no proofs. Just pray for God's guidiance and choose.selah.
