I decided to join this forum cos i need some motivation to shed some weight. I've been fluctuating for a veri long time and it,s time to get serious.
I am 1.62m tall and weigh 76kg, my goal weight is 68Kg.

Monday's Log:

BF - Quaker oat with 2% fat milk
L - Unripe plantain with Vegetable
D - Fresh fish pepper soup

Exercise:
Jump rope - 200
Tread mill - 30mins.

why is everyone focusing on pre-marital sex.
What about married couples whose partners have decided to turn or make celibates. I say this cos I'm in such dilemma.
my hubby has refused to touch me since i gave birth which is 8mths ago. There are no quarrels of any kind, just going tro some financial difficulties.

My hubby is like dat too. He always has a reason for everything he does and will never admit being at fault. Sometimes i get so pissed, i'll refuse to talk to him and when that happens, he always look for ways to get me to talk to him but he'll never say he is sorry.
