Gboliwe:

If the customer cannot arrange for a courier service to pick and deliver, I think you should be able to arrange a local interstate transport company that can take it to Benin for him. Ofcourse, you will add it to his bill.
You also didn't give out the "east" agent's number. How is he to contact him?

Thank you very much for your advice, Sir. We will do it as you said. The East Area Manager's phone number is: 08065171327 Mr Jeff.
Thank you very much again Sir.

Use my email on the previous post. And you are yet to answered an important question:-
Can your power bank charger/adaptor charge smartphones 2 times faster? if you have an adapter that can charge smartphones 2 or 3 times faster,I think its a great product everyone will want. Now you got that advice for free. Please answer.
Yes, it is. 1, it can surpport fast 2A charge. 2, it is also depend on the phone and pad if the phone and pad surpport fast charger. Our powerbank use chips which can auto-distinguish if the phone can surpport fast charging or not.

slye: For proven quality power banks that re testified to be genuine check this thread..... https://www.nairaland.com/1809260/quality-lumsingtm-romoss-sense-4tm

Yes,Romoss is good quality,I like ROMOSS, but ROMOSS need more time to charge in.like 13 hours with normal 1A USB power adapter.and ROMOSS don't has LED light.

You can go to this post to check GOODaaa03 PowerBank.2X faster charge(6.7hours charge from 0-100%),With powerful LED.

lomomike:

Thanks for this info bro, I really commend your effort to educating us.
But i don't understand the maths you did. Please, redo the maths but do it much more vividly and with concise steps.
Thanks.

Okay,My friend.
1,Input means after you run out the power of your powerbank, now you need charge your powerbank from 0-100%(so tomorrow you can carry it with your smartphone)
The input=1A, means your can put 1000mAh/hour in your power bank.but becuase of transfer lost(like you carry water from 1 bottle to another, there will be some water lost),the averager transfer lost is around 25-30%. so means charge 700-750mAh/hour into your powerbank.
If your friends have Romoss or XiaoMi 10400mAh(real one,not fake),and the USB power adapter is 1A,the charge time from 0-100% is around 13 hours.why?
Becuase 10400mAh/750mAh=13.86 hours. You can confirm what I say by asking your friend.

Now If Some people said he sell 12000mAh power bank, with 1A input, but only need 7hours.you can caculate it by yourself like following:
12000mAh/750mAh=16hours. Real capacity 12000mAh power bank need 16hours charge from 0-100%,but when you test, you find it only need 7hours.this is the fake capactiy.

Anything confuse, keep asking,we will answer everything we know.thanks.

Gboliwe: Is the price of this difficult for you to type? I have read about 2 people on this thread asking you for the price and you always ignore that part, why?

Secondly, the young man that wants it in sokoto, for business sake, you can't ask him to wait until you open a shop in Konga for him to have it, you will lose him and that's very very very bad for any business. Kai! You have to make sacrificies, make sure you make him have it no matter what it costs/little the profit you make. That alone may bring bigger and better sales for you in time to come
3. You may consider hiring someone to attend to these customers, if you continue, you will succeed in chasing them all out unintentionally.

I get paid for this kind of consultancy, but I am giving it to you for free. cheesy I want to see every honest youth in business grow.

Dear Sir, thank you very much for your advise. We really appreciate your suggestion. For your advises:
1)we moved the price to the first floor(befor we put on the 2nd,thats why a lot of people didn't notice that).
2)we will have people to go to Sokoto these 2 days.and we will remember your advise in future.
By GOODaaa, our customer satisfy, then we satisfy. For your golden advise, we want to send you one GOODaaa powerbank as a gift for your kindly suggestion to us. So, please leave your email or contact number to us(by Nairaland Message or leave in the post). We are sure we will contact you and arrange to delivery to you in the next one or two weeks after we get your contact. smiley
Thanks again,God bless you!
