I have been having chest pain for like two weeks now..though it's not that serious but I do feel pain and pepperish sensation in my chest..so I decided to go to a lab to do this test.

I will appreciate if anyone can tell me what this is all about. Because I am a bit scared with the block I am seeing. I hope I am not having heart attack?

Sinus Bradycardia
First Degree AV Block
1️⃣ Sinus Bradycardia (Rate 57 bpm)
Normal resting heart rate for adults: 60–100 bpm
Yours: 57 bpm (slightly below normal)
👉 This is mild bradycardia.
In many people — especially:
Physically fit individuals
People who exercise regularly
People who relax well
— a heart rate in the high 50s can be completely normal.
It is only a concern if you have symptoms like:
Dizziness
Fainting
Extreme tiredness
Chest pain
If you feel fine, this is often harmless.
2️⃣ First Degree AV Block
Your PR interval = 220 ms
Normal PR interval = 120–200 ms
Yours is slightly prolonged, which is why it says First Degree AV Block.
Important:
This is the mildest form of heart block.
It usually does NOT require treatment.
Many people live their whole lives with it without problems.
It does NOT mean your heart is stopping.
It simply means the electrical signal from the upper chamber to lower chamber is moving a little slower than usual.
3️⃣ Other Good News From Your ECG
These are normal:
Rhythm: sinus rhythm ✅
Axis: normal ✅
QRS: normal (80 ms) ✅
QTc: normal (407 ms) ✅
ST segment: normal ✅

🔎 Should You Worry?
At 40 years old:
If you:
Have no fainting
No dizziness
No chest pain
No unexplained shortness of breath
Then this ECG is generally low risk.
⚠️ When to See a Doctor Urgently
Go immediately if you develop:
Fainting spells
Severe dizziness
Chest pain
Heart rate dropping below 45 bpm
Otherwise, this is usually monitored during routine checkups.
