PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 9:11pm On Jul 01, 2009
neither the oba of lagos, nor most nigerian traditional leaders cannot call their indegines to order regarding corruption, misbehaviour etc

oba of lagos cannot call and strip tinubu of all his traditonal titles , because they have given him money

the then olubadan could not chide adedibu over his behaviour in public, because he was giving him silence money and silence amala

let me tell you,  the oba of benin will even call news conference to disgrace you in public on tv if he has to.
infact if you give oba of benin money he will still call you and abuse and tell you if you are doing the wrong thing. infact if you want him to double the money he gave you back , he wil do it

so how can somebody be a royal father and cannot send for his indegene over their public disgrace and misbehaviour because they have given him money

yar adua did not recently appoint oransaye as the secetry to the govt for nothing, because he already knows who controls and operates the govt service in nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 9:03pm On Jul 01, 2009
have you seen the way the typical yoruba boss in the office behaves he will give one set of people a lot of work and give  another set a small easy job, instead of, him to share the work equally. instead of him to be treating the work like a father looking after children. even the hausa and some igbos this is how they behave in the typical nigerian workplace because people can give them money to be misbahaving. but bet it that one a benin or edo man is there they dont operate this type nonsence of management.

the americans, chinese , inidian came and saw the benin manage things and people fairly in business in nigeria and they love them for it.
PoliticsRe: Why Is Nigeria Not Working? by jimmyjam: 7:56pm On Jul 01, 2009
this yar adua your seeing, he only behaves like he is a cool, fair and  likes southerners in the open.

but when hes in private with the likes or yayale and mukhtar and his fellow notherners, thats when you see the real tribalist in him.

even buba marwa its the same thing. what im trying to say is that hausa fulani think they are smart and simply just use and play on psychology i.e they think they can use peoples head or they think people are stupid not to know whats going on or what their up to.
PoliticsRe: Why Is Nigeria Not Working? by jimmyjam: 7:46pm On Jul 01, 2009
you see the hausa-fulani have made nigerians to become addicted to them. meaning that for some reason the typical nigeria will not relax if they dont hear that the head of state or president is not bearing a name like ibrahim mohammed or ahmed usman.

after they package a southern governor to look bad by stealing seriously from their own state, the state indigenes not only hate their governor but start hating and distrusting thier fellow indigenes. even though this is also happening in the north but not as much as its happening in the south.

in fact the hausa-fulani have made nigerians so addicted to them that,  somehow nigerians continously want to hear generic names like group captain zamani suleja as a governor or alhaji shaba sokoto as a minister or even a name like chief peter jos as presidential adviser or chief justice.
PoliticsRe: Why Is Nigeria Not Working? by jimmyjam: 7:32pm On Jul 01, 2009
juicy-emma i agree

a govt leader should not rest until the citizenry who voted them in are enjoyign the same kind of food they eat at state house or white house etc they should not rest until the people enjoy the same knd of stable electricty they enjoy, or the same kind of police security they enjoy, enjoy the type of cars they enter etc

however because nigeria operates a mixed economic and political system i.e partly capitalist, partly nationalist and partly socialist its not possible for everybody to be equal. so it is a contious work in progress i.e democracy, politics and governance. meaning 50 years from now people will look back and say we have come a long way compared to time at independence.

so because somebody is speaking a language that comprises of arabic and saying sentences that contain allah every few minutes etc that automatically makes them feel superior or makes people fear them! nonsence

Have you ever seen a typical mallam at the airport. they will call the woman selling groundnut, then they will call the other mallam who will do manicure, then they will call another mallam who is a shoe maker to shine his shoe that he wore with socks (clothing riot) and briefcase to match

before you know it one airforce officer maybe from the same state will show up and say alhaji long time. then soon maybe a hausa police man will show up and salute the airforce hausa. people will be thinking the mallam is some general or some big businessman. only to find out hes a trailer driver thats visiting his brother in lagos.

this is how hausa-fulani are using psychology all over nigeria to appear politically powerful
by doing psychological arrangement! meaning the whole thing was pre-planned at the airport or where ever this kind of thing takes place.
CareerRe: Square Pegs In Round Holes by jimmyjam: 3:04am On Jun 21, 2009
This is an interesting topic.

Believe it or not about 50-70% of people in nigeria and worldwide actually have a job and not a career.

a job is something one goes into because it pays the kind of money the person wants or its the only employment the person can find

a career is something one goes into because one has a passion, calling, liking, and desire for.

meaning if money is not a problem they will go for a career , if not they will go for a job!

beleive it or not some pepole actually like the duties and work environment of a soldier. while some like the duties and environment of a bank.

some people have also been discouraged from certain careers because its stigmatized as low.

think about it , would you read the newpaper article about an artist or would you read the newspaper article of a politician.

another viewpoint is that not everybody can be a banker, some people have to be lawyers, some doctors, some yellow fever/policemen , some accountants, some engineers, some politicians, some pastors and religious leaders, some, some professors/teachers, some scientific researchers, some IT/computer, some non profit workers, some consultants, some entreprenuers/buisiness owners, some technicians, some messengers/clerks etc

I think IBB now has cancer of the hand, after all he dipped his hand into the money that belongs to nigerians. so we can see that its what the hausa-fulani man is sowing that hes reaping!
PoliticsRe: Why Is Nigeria Not Working? by jimmyjam: 10:48pm On Jun 19, 2009
In terms of IBB and co their homosexuality stems from 2 sources:

1. Psychiatric/pshychological: psychiatrist have actully discovered a malfunction of a certain part of the brain that causes a mood disorder that causes a person to exhibit a homosexual behaviour either in public or in private. the persons thoughts will be stuck, rigid, fixated and facinated about relationships with a similar sex to the point that anybody who is anti-gay towards them will appear abnormal and will be looked at as an enemy.

for some reason a lot of them exhibit a smartness in another part of the brain such as ability to plan well, exhibit high political and diplomacy skills and verbal ability, thats why some gays talk funny. They also seem to be creative i.e they like fashion, art etc e.g gianni versace, karl largerfeld etc

also it has been noticed that people who are not sure of their parentage or family background have a tendency to be homosexual e.g orphans (this appears to also be IBB's case)

also people who thier parents used to dress them up as girls maybe if thier clothes where washed/wet but their sisters clothes where dry their parents would temporarily wear them the clothes of the sibling of the opposite sex. or it can be a mother who would playingly/jokingly put lipstock on her small sons lips and everyone will take it as an innocent joke. these events leave the child unsure about thier sexualiy later on in their teen years, thats when they would want to experiment with a member of the same sex.

2. The spiritual and religious factor: there are some juju and cults that people patronise for money, power and even for high intellect (similar to how IBB is)
the requirement by the babalowo or the cult will be that the person will have to sleep with younger people of the same sex every few days if not the persons money, power and intellect will immediately start diminishing and vanish
(this appears to also be the case of IBB, Abubakar, haladu, mukhtar etc)

the funny thing is that some of these men will even sleep with the son of a friend and offer the small boy access to money and power themselves)

so we can now see how people like orji kalu got into this gay thing , his own was juju/cult based that he joined after first sleeping with the likes of IBB and then those men now referred him that if he wants power, money etc like them that he should join or something to that effect or automatically as soon as those men slept with him as a young child, he immediately becomes spiritually blind and start following them to any cult activity via follow follow juju (where the person will be folowing them everywhere they go)
PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 2:58am On Jun 06, 2009
arisekola, adedibu and ladoja joined pdp because they know that its the party that the benin people set up that they have to follow its as simple as that. they did not join because of IBB and kaduna mafia where there. meaning that IBB and his fellow northerners could have formed thier own party, but they would have only won in afew areas mostly in the north and theres no offshare derivation money in the north!

so you still not aware that its anenih, osadebey, ogbemudia, george innih and tony momoh etc that packaged shagaris govt

you think abacha apointed anthony ani his finance minster for nothing! he knew who handles money in nigeria same thing with the benin man obaseki who handled nnpc a few years ago before obasanjo brought one figure head in there i.e funsho kapulakun or something like that.

you go to coca cola and see whos handling things things there! its benin mafia simple!

CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by jimmyjam: 3:08am On Jun 04, 2009
even michelle obama, that woman is not leaving obama easily, even if a trillionaire comes and offers her money she will not leave, because the trillionaire dosnt have power. besides obama will soon amass weath over the next few years, cause you cant tell me people wont offer him free money.

you can imagine if she didnt give him a chance to marry her. but she had seen something in his eye, a particular determination, hard work ethic and seriousness.

even umaru  yar adua himself drove his first wife partly because the woman nagged so much.
as for turai the 2nd wife shes the money type because she can see that umaru is not the money type, even though she knows that hes the power type.

PoliticsRe: Can Abiola Ajimola Govern Oyo State by jimmyjam: 1:17am On Jun 04, 2009
quite alright arisekola has been able to attract a lot of projects to the state, but where does he think the federal and state money is coming from, i.e who does he think is making arrangement for the bulk of the revenue.

and you talking about left-right etc meaning your implying that ladoja & co could be undercover govt people who pretending to be politicians. as i said before anenih operates on personnel, manpower numbers, meaning that those guys can be operators, but the bulk of thier fellow operators will be anenihs boys, meaning they can still be messed up, its a numbers game!

so many operators have tried it, even atiku had some operator boys, but still anenihs boys outnumbered atikus boys.

some people better be careful they dont know that some girls are into some certain type of cults. and that if they should have anything to do with some men they may pass off while in the act. even some men, can disguise as women so when a woman tell a man no he better be careful oh and try and discover the reason.

a big peniz and muscular body is secondary for most women, except those women who are already used to a lot of money and power in that case then those particular women look for a man strickly wit a big thing who can handle her well lol
CareerRe: Why Do Most Female Secretaries Sleep With Their Bosses? by jimmyjam: 11:30pm On May 31, 2009
havnt you noticed that women when they see that a new industry is booming, they only start accepting calls or visiting men in that industry. even married women, they only follow their husband to the md of telecom companies house, they dont follow their husband to the md of oil companies or md of banks house anymore. so which means if medical sector should boom, women will only be accepting calls and visiting men in the medical field such as doctors.
PoliticsRe: Police Demotes Ribadu- Ex Efcc Boss by jimmyjam: 3:50pm On Apr 07, 2009
what they did to ribadu is known as spiritual distraction, and i define it below

It is a situation whereby person A knows that there is something about to go on with person B and in order to prevent the person from achieving/benefiting something, person A will then create either a real or simulated (i.e fake) activity that will make the person forget what they are doing or where they are or what they are missing out on.

e.g person A may know that somebody has told person B to meet them at a place at 1pm to collect money or else they miss the money. so person A out of jelousy can bring a fine lady or a new car, getting them angry or some form of distraction at about 2pm. soon person B will have forgotten about his appointment and from there miss thier benefit.

panafrican you have a point , its not only those countries infact in ireland the irish republican army is fighting for a similar reason, including the fact that they dont want thier currency tied to the british pound amoung others i think its that or they dont want to use british pound there. i think also they dont want to be part of the united kingdom.

so far we have addressed question number 1 i.e the cause of the problem.  i.e corruption , attitude, selfishness, fulani, gays etc

please can we now move to discuss question number 2 i.e what is prolonging it or making it to re-occur.

i think what is prolonging it is that these bad ideologies and individuals are not being checked both collectively and individually via a broad mechanism

also a lot of people have offered solutions and seminars on the way forward, but how many act on it, very few

obasanjo and kofi anan set up peace and conflict centers, we are still waiting to see the function and use of these centers.
PoliticsRe: Why Is Nigeria Not Working? by jimmyjam: 11:23pm On Mar 31, 2009
here is the method for problem management:

1. Identify the origin and cause of the problem
i.e who started it, or what started it?

2. what is prolonging or making it to reoccur:

i.e who is fueling it and how e.g in the niger delta is it IBB and various politicians or foreign entities fueling it by financial or arms support

can we anticipate the problem to reoccur if so how soon or how often

3. what are the solutions to it

i.e do they have to share things more fairly
do we have to conceed something e.g bakassi
do we have to demand more rights, do we have to demonstrate, riot, meeting, conference etc

4. who has the solutions and whos responsibility is it to solve it:
is it responsibility of the federal, senate, soverign conference, international body, private entities, non govt organizations,  or citizens/indigenes

5. what positive and lasting results will the solutions bring
