Religion / Re: Can Demons Send SMS? ( For Those Who Have Experience In Casting Out Devils) by jjman2322: 9:27pm On Oct 09, 2013
I just got a facebook friend request from a demon, im scared to accept it grin

LMAO this is why this stupid country will never progress.. Nigerians are some of the most religious people on earth, yet our country is complete SH|T .. everything is caused by a spirit on demon.. how come these spirits and demons aren't in the united states when i lived there??

Typical Nigerian Mindset vs USA Mindset:

1. A car crashes and kills 10 people...
Nigeria: Must be evil spirits, Work of devil oo,
America: Carries out investigation and discovers the driver was drunk..

2. Airplane crashes in Nigeria killing 150 people
Nigeria: CHAI! Handwork of the devil/God..
America: NTSB investigates and discovers the airplane had a rudder problem leading to the crash

3. A man dies mysteriously.
Nigeria: He was poisoned, and/or he gave his life to the devil
America: Carries out autopsy, discovers the man died of heart failure.

I can go on and on.. This country is completely backwards and some people need to cross the border a bit and see what life could be like..

Isnt it a wonder that we pray so much, give so much to the church(*cough*cough*PASTOR*BUSINESS***), and yet the average person can't eat.. Yet you have non christian nations like China, Japan, etc doing amazingly well..

The moment I gave up was when i was in Guangzhou China last year and one of our partners said he knows at least 10 igbo boys who failed in business while in China, and they are now pastors and making tons of money, and they still visit China once in a while to floss a bit, before going back to the pastoral duties..

We rank top 3 in number of churches per square meter yet this country is a DUMP. Anyone with a IQ not in the single digits can obviously see that there's something wrong.

Anyway, carry on with the demonic sms, maybe he will add you on facebook next..

This country is a joke.

Cheers

pDude:

So let me ask you this:

Did God answer you prayers because
A. You prayed at midnight.
B. You had faith that your prayers would be answered
C. God decided to have mercy upon you and answer your prayers.
D. Daytime prayers are less effective

Choose one answer grin

lmao

If there is a kingdom of darkness, what exactly is your business with waging your socalled war on them?
Didn't Jesus die to save from the trouble?
And why isn't god, with his army of angels not waging and and not having defeated this demonic kingdom thus far?

lol my thoughts exactly too! religious nuts are fun to argue with grin

The Heavens: My kids/pets won't have to beg me to keep them away from harm, i'll do that naturally, because that's what you do when you love someone smiley

Isaiah 59: 1-2 says Listen! The Lord's arm is not too weak to save you nor is his ear too deaf to hear you call. It is your sins that have cut you off from God. Because of your sins he has turned away and would not listen anymore. Hey what can i tell you here; the bible says it all. it is the sin of man that keeps God away from him. For God can never tolerate sin. Amen.

By the way your argument does not hold water. lets take your kids for an example. Are there no times when your kids after your warning them to stay our from trouble, they still enter that trouble you warned them of and tried to protect them from. Yes ofcourse. Now who is the wrongdoer, Is it you the person that warned them or the protector or the child who is adamant on entering that sin.
I rest my case

LOL its completely flawed logic.. Yes my kids could still enter trouble, BUT I WOULD KEEP PROTECTING THEM WITHOUT REQUIRING THEM TO PRAY TO ME AND WORSHIP ME.. THEY WOULDNT HAVE TO STAY UP AT MIDNIGHT TO BEG ME TO KEEP THEM SAFE FROM "EVIL".. Also, if i had the POWER, i would just banish every possible bad thing that could happen to them... PROBLEM SOLVED.. .

stop trying to turn oranges into apples... its pretty straight forward.. midnight prayer is complete BS, besides like i said, midnight is different in EVERY COUNTRY... some countries are 12hrs behind nigeria time zone... anyway enjoy God and your religion... I dont want to get into a religion argument.. goodluck

You know, I wonder how come all these witches, ritualists, mami waters, ghosts, etc, are only in Nigeria..

Why is the average american citizen not being bothered by these so called witches and ritualists. I spent last 15 years in USA and none of my friends/family/anyone ever had a story of running into a witch or a goat turning into money... Nigeria is one of most prayerful countries, yet we apparently have more "EVIL" than other countries grin so its either we are superstitious gullible idiots, or the witches just like the Nigerian weather...

hmm what about time difference? lol

midnight in nigeria is like 7pm in NYC..

so that means god checks the local time where you are before answering your prayer...

religion is funny smiley.. if God is so great why can't he just destroy the devil OR protect us from "EVIL SPIRITS/WITCHES"

why do you have to beg your "PROTECTOR AND CREATOR" to protect you by praying to him.. seems kinda selfish..

My kids/pets won't have to beg me to keep them away from harm, i'll do that naturally, because that's what you do when you love someone smiley

jay2k: d trut is dat money cant be left out in any relationship no mata hw any 1 looks @ it..dea4 both paties has got a role to play...dis gal staifies all ur desires(name it)...she needed to be appreciated, eider ways money is involved cash or materials,,dats d truth..nd a guy shouldnt wait to be asked of money, cos no mata hw small dat enters ur pocket ur babe should be part of d budget..by so doing she will understand dat u ve got notin wen u truly ve notin cos u usually do giv her wen dea is...but takin advantaage of a gal cos she hardly ask is very unfair..also d ladies shoul find out who loves dem by d way d person open up issues to dem for dem to ve a true pix of who dey r dealin with cos if u kno ur man u can tell d reasons for his actions..also most guys dont spend on who dey dont love as a way of letin u go wen u r tierd of d show so nne check well nd kno d reasons underlyin his actions by comparing dis to his oda attitude. I tink by so doing u will kno d way farward..

LOL pathetic.. let me debunk all your crap..

"dis gal staifies all ur desires(name it)." - so you're saying shes basically a glorified hooker? because last time i checked, girls also enjoy sex.. so i'm technically satisfying all her desires too.

"she needed to be appreciated" - I appreciated my exgfs by being loyal, caring, affectionate, and treating them like queens.. Money doesn't equal appreciation.. Usually the best form of appreciate has nothing to do with money.

"cos no mata hw small dat enters ur pocket ur babe should be part of d budget" - WHY? is she my parents?? did she care for me when I was a child? The only reason you're thinking this is because she gives you sex... Otherwise, why arent your good/best GUY friends in your budget too? They have probably been there for you more than she has, with the only exception being they don't give you sex.. so technically it all comes down to your gf being a prostitute.

"but takin advantaage of a gal cos she hardly ask is very unfair" - this is the most pathetic thing i've ever heard from a guy, and thats saying a lot.. So by being a good bf, loyal, loving, caring.. So because i decide i dont want to give her money, that constitutes USING?? so you're saying basically that because she gives me sex, and i decide not to give her money, then im using her? Logically speaking, you're advocating paying her for the sex... Sex is a two way street... she also enjoys it... heck if you know what you're doing in bed then the girl better be paying you..

"also most guys dont spend on who dey dont love" - Are you really this silly? My first gf was my greatest love.. I never spent a dime on her except on her birthday or christmas.. she even paid for dinners sometimes, took me out, etc, and I had a lot more money than her.. I've also not spent on my mother and I love her to death... Money doesn't equal love...
The Nigerian maried men you see blowing money on girls are doing it because they want some pun, not because they love them..

Cheers

P/S just want to add im very generous.. If someone has a legitimate need I'm always willing to help.. I just refuse to believe that I have to put my gf in my budget just because she has sex with me.. Or buy her the newest blackberry just because she wants it, or give her money just because she decides she broke... or buy her N100,000 Brazilian hair just because she wants to show off.. Show me a girl who is being maintained by a guy, and i'll show you a mugu..

Funniest thing though, you could give your girl all the money in the world, then one day she's out somewhere, and guys like me will make her laugh, feel good & sexy, and she'll be blowing up my phone every other day.. That's what im experiencing now in Nigeria.. Girls who get money from their bfs, yet they want to hook up with me because they think I'm fun to be with.. So money doesnt equal loyalty either... These girls just want someone to pay for their fake hair and their bbm plan(so they can keep flirting with every other guy, in a bid to find the next mugu)

incredible nigerian girls... girls in the usa dont need to ask their bf for recharge cards, Brazilian hair, etc..

I've had beautiful girlfriends with relationships that lasted for 3+ years, and they never asked for anything.. Just bought them gifts on birthday/christmas... THEY HAD JOBS AND MADE THEIR OWN MONEY AND HAD THEIR OWN CARS.. something many nigerian women don't want to do..

Hey guys, simple solution.. find a girl who works and can afford stuff.... dont date a girl who will mugurize you..who you will spend thousands on every month, only for her to buy you singlet and boxers on your birthday..

be smart with your money.. thats all

Also, this is why im finding it difficult to date girls here in Nigeria.. in the usa, the measure of a me being a great bf was loyalty, respect, affection.. in nigeria, the measure of a good bf is ability to provide.... read the thread and see for yourself

Dude,
You said:
"Granted to say you will not see a 22 year old airplane ferrying you back and forth on a daily basis in the USA.. You see such in Africa and crap countries like Philippines, etc..."

I've just showed you that there are hundreds of 22 year old planes (some older!) flying people back and forth on a daily basis in the US. Instead of graciously admitting your falsehood, you're splitting hairs.

Learn to admit when you've made a mistake and move on.

I didn't make a mistake.. What I meant to say is you won't see airplanes in THE SAME CONDITION as Nigerian airplanes flying people back and forth in the USA..

wtf am I even arguing for, Nigeria statistically has one of the WORST safety records in the world.. We have more fatalities per million flight hours than 90% of other countries in the world.. Only a few countries rank below us..

Can't believe you're actually defending Nigeria air safety... We still have airports with no ILS.. LOL.. or Lagos airport 2 weeks ago they lost electricity for few minutes until the generator came on..

im not gonna argue with you.. carry on

In the US, Delta Airlines fly 178 McDonnell Douglas MD80/90 planes with average age of 21 years and 69 Airbus A320 planes with an average age of 18.2 years.
http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/Delta%20Airlines.htm

US Airways flies 10 Boeing 767 planes with an average age of 24 years and 32 Boing 737 planes with average age of 23 years
http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/US%20Airways.htm

Lying scum like yourself annoy me seriously...you inspire confidence by claiming to being an avid industry watcher, then proceed to lying through your teeth for sensationalism. There are B52 bombers in the US Air Force that are older than 50 years and are still flying. Good maintenance is what keeps these planes going, not just the age of the craft.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong with flying a 15 year old plane. Stop spreading FUD.

You're wrong. The difference is the USA airplanes are 99% of the time bought new by the same airline, and meticulously maintained and serviced.. The difference in Nigeria is they buy SCRAP from other airlines... Those delta airplanes were bought new by DELTA, so did USA Air.. Dana bought an airline that has been passed from generation to generation..

I've entered one of those "OLD airplanes" in USA, and its light years ahead of Nigerian airplanes.. You can actually see rust on the Aero airplane control surfaces from the first class window..

Also, those airlines have old airplanes, BUT they have MANY NEW ONES Too.. For every old airplane they have, they have brand new ones flying around.. nigerian airlines have ONLY OLD AIRPLANES.. show me a new airplane on Dana, or Aero, or Chachangi.. But i can show you dozens of new airplanes in Delta, USA airways, etc..

I'm shocked you still can't understand the difference.

Nothing wrong in flying a 50 year old airplane.. I agree.. But there is something wrong in Having an entire fleet of ONLY old airplanes that are not meticulously maintained.. Lets not kid ourselves here.... there is no comparison between a 15 year old airplane in USA, and a 15 year old one in Nigeria... Besides, usa airlines don't buy scraps like Nigerian airlines do.

hehe...

I'll throw my 2cents in... I have extensive knowledge in aviation industry plus i follow aviation accidents/history..

The bottom line is YES, it is normal for airplanes to have "SNAGS" and return to the airport... The problem however is, that accident rates in Nigeria are horrible..

British airways might have one "SNAG" in 1 million flight hours... Dana has a "SNAG" in 1 thousand flight hours..

Airlines like Virgin, Emirates, Cathay Pacific, etc(Airlines with perfect safety records basically), have hundred of planes that fly millions of miles monthly.. Dana crashed and they probably have only a few flights per day..

If you check it statistically, Dana crashed even though they have 0.001% of flights that other major airlines have.. This is the problem..

One more thing, in Nigeria, airlines use VERY old airplanes, some of which you would not see flying in developed countries..On a recent aero flight, I took a picture of the tail number(its a unique number for every airplane),

http://www.airfleets.net/ficheapp/plane-b737-29202.htm

From that, you can see the aero airplane i flew was over 15 yars old, and has been passed from many airlines(probably because of old age and profitability.. (the older airplanes aren't as profitable to run due to old technology, more fuel consumption, too many mechanical repairs, cost of getting them certified to keep flying, etc)

Here's one of dana's airplane, http://www.airfleets.net/ficheapp/plane-md80-53020.htm

It's over 22 years old, and if you check the records you will see Alaska air got rid of it because the airplane had too many problems, and was therefore not economical to run, but of course it ends up in our shores.. Think of it next time you board Dana, (22 year old plane.. let that sink in for a second)

If you're bored you can check http://www.airfleets.net/ageflotte/fleet-age.htm to see how other airlines compare.. Granted to say you will not see a 22 year old airplane ferrying you back and forth on a daily basis in the USA.. You see such in Africa and crap countries like Philippines, etc...

I can offer a different view point on this subject because I lived in the states for the past 15 years, and recently just moved back to Nigeria (I'm 27 now)

Ok first of all guys, please stop comparing Nigeria to USA... Nigeria is not really safe, in the usa, i can leave my state by 11pm, and drive all night, and get to my destination at say 7am.. By driving all night, i mean im driving at 100km/h the WHOLE time.. zero potholes.. no police checkpoint.. no armed robbery, etc..

In the past 15 years in the usa, none of my friends have been robbed, car jacked, etc.. Of course there is crime in the usa, but it is MUCH lower than Nigeria... In the USA we dont use convoys, civilians dont have armed policemen.. heck even the governors drive around in a black SUV with maybe one guy with a gun in the front seat..

The security situation is MUCH better in usa than Nigeria, so please stop comparing the two of them...

I'll say this though, Nigeria has a lot of benefits over the USA... In Nigeria, you can get your way out of anything as long as you have some money... The food is great.. It's fun having maids, drivers, etc....

Basically i'll say this: If you're super rich, living in Nigeria is a much better option. You can always vacation in any country you want. However, if you're not rich and can't afford a luxury lifestyle in Nigeria, just stay back abroad, at least you will be making more than the $100/month that majority of workers make here..

One more thing, please stop bashing those abroad when they try to make comparisons.. It is the TRUTH whether you want to accept it or not.. In the past 15 years abroad, i lost electricity twice, both times for about 2-3hrs(Due to a storm).. In nigeria I've not had electricity for the past 2 days! Our generator is always running...

So in conclusion, the USA is MUCH MUCH safer, better facilities, internet works well, phone, tv, roads are great, i can leave my door unlocked, people dont have FENCES and GATES because you dont need them, etc...

But Nigeria is much more enjoyable once you have a little money to play around with.. No IRS to worry about, nobody can touch/harass you as long as you're important.

lol at people living in denial..

I work in a company and 90% of the staff here make N15,000 a month(this is for unskilled labor basically)

When i go to the village, PEOPLE beg for money, basically in Nigeria it seems like everyone is begging...

This same denial happened when it was said that average life expectancy in Nigeria is low, until i gave a good argument and people understood.

Think about this, the unemployment rate here is ridiculous.. In Enugu, we put a job ad out for a machine operator @ N18,000 a month, and had over 150 people show up for the interview. We needed only 3 spots..

What do you think all those unemployed people are living on?

Just because you see people with fancy cars doesnt mean people arent poor.. For every rich person making millions, there are thousands making nothing...
