I think what you should request rather from greenhulk is to give you the go-ahead to go and recover the stolen phone. You should bear the little operational cost and also do the running around (should take about a day at most). That should be a fairer deal than asking a busy guy (who says he's already gotten over his loss) to go and recover the phone and hand it over to you.

I know kodeso street in Computer village, this guy is probably an engineer, I can take his picture to the street with policemen in mufty and make enquiry, I'm sure someone will know him.
