Amarabae: Having gone through your post, I really don't see how the doctors you met offended you, You came for treatment to be well and not for an interview class with the doc, there are crowd waiting also to be attended to. If he diagnose you, you have a phone, when you get home, you browse about the issue. Simple. You should not be in hospital to count which health professional laughed with you, you should be there to get help and go Shallow thoughts |

mapet: Always blaming the "black guy".
Just accept that you failed in business and stop blaming someone else for your failures I am still in business dear and will never call it quit. I changed the line of biz though. But it beats my imagination that you cannot comprehend the link between business survival and government policies especially when the raw material for the production is imported like mine. |

PearlStreet: Since Nigerians are weird and you're a Sudanese, what's making P&G shut down its diaper line within the plant commissioned just a year ago?
Don't relay the crap written in their statement to me, that's an indictment of their actuarial scientists and the lack of foresightedness of their management.
Note that they only gave us exit plans of action, they never stated the reason. Funny enough most people in Nairaland haven't done any business not to talk of being in manufacturing sector. The policies of government can cripple a firm overnight. The government policy on forex closed my production line. I have to sack my staff and start another thing. Nigeria is the worst place to be a manufacturer, no light, raw materials, waivers etc; yet you are expected to compete with bigger players and sell at affordable price. |

prettyzee11: To me watching porn is just like watching any other series, just b sure not to b addicted to watching it just as d writter adviced. If you don't like it stay away don't force others to do same. Porn is not like any other series. Porn promotes sexual immorality Porn portrays women's as nothing more than sex objects Porn promotes sexual acts that are not real making viewers to be mostly sexual unfulfilled in the quest to mimic porn stars Porn reduces work productivity in people as viewer tend think over instead of productive ideas It is obscene that is why people hide and do it God's word condemns it My perspective |
Health › Re: I Am Epileptic Please Help by Jnass: 10:44pm On Dec 11, 2017 |
visible006: It's with a heart filled with sorrow and bitterness I am writing this post.... I am epileptic and have been suffering from this very sickness for the past three years.....
I am 20yrs old and dropped out from secondary school on 2013.
It happened one night on december 2013 that I was strolling to my room without torch-light that something pinched me on my leg uptill today I still can't understand what that was and I don't if that was what caused this type of sickness to me..
My mother and father are not epileptic and there is no record of any of their relatives that had it before.
On the early year of 2014 one of my uncle introduced me to one of his friends and told me that I will stay with him and serve him and after six years he will settle me and I am presently serving him and here is where I started having this sickness..
I am living alone because he has two shops and I am handling one of them and by God grace I am doing fine here. If it happens only at night, its a form of epilepsy which can be well managed. you need to go to a good neurologist. if you are in owerri I can direct you to one. It happened to my cousin and at the initial time we were confused thinking it had a spiritual undertone because the doctors couldn't diagnose it well. But with this neurologist he has not had any seizure for 11months now. |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Open Letter To All First Class Graduates – "Dear First Class Graduates” by Jnass: 11:41pm On Nov 25, 2017 |
generalbush: I write to you this epistle as a form of encouragement and admonishment. I know how you felt when you finally held your certificate and saw your CGPA. It was the same way I felt too. I wish we all got these CGPAs during the time of our fathers; maybe we would have been richer than all our peers right now, flying so high with lots of attention and help that would be gracing our way.
But I am sorry to inform you that this is 2017, and Nigeria is in a state of recession. What’s your grade once again, is it up to 5.0?
Current report shows that she just got a job, but was the 2 years wait worth it?
https://topwritersden.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/firstclasstwitter.pngAny value proposition in the above?
Do you know that a fellow First class graduate with a perfect CGPA got only 100,000 Naira after much backlash from people as his gift, and right now, nobody talks about him again?
You remember the winner of Big Brother Nigeria; he got 25 million as his own gift. Don’t bother arguing about it. They said he helped the sponsors get their money back, that was why they fed him for 3 months, and also gave him 25 million with sponsorship deals.
I know you read what I wrote up there in a haste, but I will break it down for you again.
He helped the “sponsors get their money back” with his entertainment skills, that was why he was paid such an amount. Do you still understand?
In a corporate term, he “delivered real value”, so he got paid for the value delivered.
Dear First Class Graduate, aside from your certificate, what other value can you give out to an employer? Are you even employable?
https://topwritersden.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/firstclass-guy-image-twitter.png
It took me years of being on the street to know all these, and I am about to tell you this now.
This is 2017, and you should know now that;
No employer cares about your CGPA as long as it can’t help his company generate revenue, it is worthless to him.
Only a few multinationals and Banks care to attach a CGPA as a requirement for job applications. I guess they have become wiser that CGPAs doesn’t equate job delivery.
Companies are now looking for people with the skills to deliver, not those with First class.
Now that you know all these now, would you still beg someone to hire you just because you have a first class?
It might also interest you to know that the number of First class graduates now, has even exceeded that of Second class upper graduates. Employers are now beginning to see that University certificates are now so unreliable.
Here are some few tips for you my Fellow First Class Graduate.
Never beg for a job again, prove why you should have it.
Instead of crying over your first class, hit the streets and get going with life.
Look for cheap certifications in a field with high employment chances (especially ICT), and acquire some skills.
Know that your First class is a plus and not a requirement.
I learned the hard way and I hope you can make use of it well. When next you have the urge to hit the social media and beg for a job because of your first class, just remember that this is Nigeria, and we are in 2017 and not 1945. This is because nobody would offer you a job because of your grade. Not even the school you finished! I learned the hard way, and you can read my own story
https://topwritersden.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/firstclass-thinking-she-would-be-offered-an-automiatic-job.pngHer Alma Mata even declined to give her a job.
Don't forget to subscribe.
Source: http://topwritersden.com/open-letter-dear-first-class-graduates/ Your submission is quite true. I have learned the hard way too. Creating value through ideas should be the aim of everyone. It takes humility to acquire skill that is needed to create value and make money, but that is the sure way to success. |
Health › Re: Worst Day Of My Life: She Was Barren For 14yrs & She Died On Childbirth - Doctor by Jnass: 6:00pm On Oct 22, 2017 |
Mightyraw: my thought exactly I think the story was written to generate emotions. There is no real timeline and names of people involved and hence cannot be verified. For example: Who is this doctor involved? What is his name and where does he work? What about the woman? What's her identity and who are her friends? furthermore no screen shots. Candidly, this is another fable. |
