4. Signing the bill would have being a source of employment to the poor Nigerians who don't have godfather.

What is strange about North Korea is that photographs of public places are generally forbidden unless expressly approved.

You cant just visit N. Korea and start taking pictures anyhow.

Infact, the Tour guide will insist you leave your phones behind in your hotel before embarking on the guided sight-seeing. The onoy urban city in North Korea is Pyongyang and citizens are required to have special permits to live in the capital.

The poverty situation in the hinterland must not be captured on camera or video and violation is met with stiff penalties. Apart from Tour guides, soldiers are all over the capital city to enforce the rules.

You need to be very covert to be able to access the villages.
