A vehicle is impounded, the driver is arrested and you still want the company arraigned? Now if that isn't double jeopardy, how do you describe it? Maybe they should even arraign the vehicle manufacturers as well.

Laws are made for men but men are not made for laws. Insane reasoning do not trigger laws for democratic societies.

You seem to have ignored the fact that the vehicles were impounded. Do the passengers own the impounded buses?

According to the Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbeshola, these "ultra modern fire service trucks cost whooping N1.8 billion.

The truck actual name is TGM 18.280 fire fighter truck, and the price is €195,000 in VAN VLIET.

Even if CBN sold euros to you at € 1 = ₦ 439 ( which I don't think so), then each truck should cost you ₦85,605,000 and ten should cost ₦856,000,000

Say with the shipping and clearing of these trucks you should still spend a maximum of 95 million naira each!

Infact, government will normally be exempted from clearing charges more so as it is considered to be social services. You can imagine the hefty cashout on this deal.

The DPP as the government's advocate is expected to look at the report of the police and determine if the facts presented is enough to bring to court.

Sensational social media captions, sentimental judgements or arm twisting tactics have no place with the law.

Thank you a great deal. It's obvious the lady has had no benefit of sound legal advice. First, the civil case was unnecessary and meaningless and also statute barred hence the unfavourable decision of the high court. Any appeal against that decision is a waste of time and money.

Regarding the criminal case, the Police have merely forwarded the report of its investigation to the DPP for legal advice. Until the DPP recommends prosecution or otherwise, nothing has happened yet to warrant this headline.

I'm sorry for her....

You sit down with your 5MP phone and adjudge cars Lemon without stepping out of your shithole AND you expect to be taken serious.

Genuine car buyers create time to obtain VIN reports and also engage professionals to examine the vehicles before purchase while jobless hellraisers keep whinning and wailing for no just cause.

Please ask your lawyer to file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Council. The body did a name change recently but it's still all about consumer protection.

The Council already has a file on Cars45 and action is about being taken. Please hasten to do it.

It's an external work that if left unattended can adversely affect the structure/integrity of the building.

It is the primary responsibility of the landlord except where the tenancy agreement states otherwise.

Tenants are only responsible for internal repairs.

Take a look at your tenancy agreement if it makes any such provision. If not, invite your landlord.

Both your gear box and engine need to be serviced. For the gear, use Toyota or Oando ATF then for your engine use SW or Superstar synthetic oil. These engine oil have been tested to be one of the best so far across the country. They are foreign lubricant.

Please ignore this Oando ATF advice. These guys are being sponsored by your village people.

If you look at the Gear Oil dipstick in your car engine, the recommended ATF is imprinted on it and it's the Toyota T-IV as advised by Kingreign.

Im currently on admission at OSUTH SAGAMU and what I see here is depressing.

1. The hospital has no central generator. Rather it resorted to acquiring those domestic 5KVA generators half of which have packed up.
In consequence of this, total reliance is placed on the struggling Disco with their epileptic performance.

Can you imagine medical wards housing thousands of critical cases plunged into darkness at night with the attendant unbearable heat.

That is what patients suffer at OSUTH at heavy costs.

It's so bad that doctors rely on phone flashlights to treat patients at night. Is this what we expected from Gov Abiodun.

2. The same hospital is infested with a specie of giant mosquitoes you probably can't find elsewhere.
The hospital cares less about simple fumigation of its environment.

Now, can you visualise being left at the mercy of these mosquitoes on a night when there's power failure.

Are we saying the government can't invest 10m on a giant generator and fumigate at same time?

Worst hit are the Male Surgical Wards with hundreds of cases of people awaiting or undergoing surgery having to be managed in darkness and under scorching heat under the harmful hands of those mosquitoes.

Seeing is believing.

Acura and Honda are both from the same Company. I can't confirm if they use the same parts though but Acura is the luxury version of Honda.

So depends on whether you are looking at luxury or cost savings.
