Buliwyf: But the fiction has proven more useful to humanity and real than your religion and brand of deity. Keep deceiving yourselves. Have you read the Bible and discover a passage that tell man not to develop himself? Well, if you've read and not find such then you should know that we were created not to keep searching for irrelevant data that can't help build a new technology. |

You all don't deserve a 21st century existence. Stop watching nollywood and read up on science, watch videos to understand the universe u live in.. It may not be your faults u grew up in a very religious and backward part of the world, but u are doing yourself intellectual harm by not trying to free yourselves from ignorance.
Continue asking; How do scientist know that the earth is not flat? How do they know the sex of a child before it is born How did they shoot satellites into the space, why are the satellites not falling? How did they land on the moon? How did they know the speed of light How did they know the diameter of the earth How did they make telephones? How did they know there is oil beneath How did they estmate the ages of rock
You guys should grow up, a 12 year old child in germany or china will be disappointed seeing your ignorant way of questioning things And man will soon evolve, right? Don't worry. I enjoy science and practice science but anything beyond science is what I don't appreciate. Do yo know why scientist won't believe in God, let me tell you. Because they can't prove God existence in their way! Most science is just fiction and portrays folly art. Yes, this animals might have exist with their stated dimensions but the scientist date of existence is faked! |

kikero: In other words, you are opposed to his traditional worship because you think the man's religion is evil.
Plus, there are a lot of Christian and Muslim politicians who do the same, and when they win office they are just as destructive and corrupt and brutal as your savage traditionalist councillor.
Let the man worship in peace. We Christians have a lot of house cleaning to do.Many of our politicians worship in church on Sunday after directing thugs on Saturday Am an Adventist-worshiping on Saturday(Sabbath). We teach of these and can tell man that what separate a believer(Christian) from a non-believer is the law of LOVE. It is better to practice without gods than to practice with gods but still be evil. They will be no difference. To those who say they practice with God and do evil of destruction, then, the take themselves to be fools because genuineness has no second hand. The problem with our nation's politicians, government and her electorate is that nobody checkmate their promises and they can't be easily taken off a sit when they don't fit to standard. Do you know that so many European nations see their Leaders as representative and not as leaders? If we take our leaders as representative then we'll easily checkmate their affairs. That's why UK are not yet completely out of EU. |

Why not offer him to Napoli, or As Roma? Or Tottenham Hotspur, AS Monaco or Athletico Madrid?. Juventus has won the League several years in a row, same with PSH and Barcelona . He is a good and very talented player no doubt but people should stop undermining the hard work of his team mates. All the champions league he won at Madrid were because people like Sergio Ramos scored late goals when his team were almost losing crucial matches. He is still a good player no doubt Mr. Man, how many of those teams will meet his requirements? |

prodigyhenry: Ronaldinho was dropped and Messi was taken up by the coach, and Barcelona became a better team and the most successful team of the era invariably making pep one of the world class coaches. So obviously dropping Ronaldinho for Messi was one of the best decision Barca ever made.
And it's funny you're saying Messi is blocking anybody's shine at Barca, we see what became of the players that ran away from Barca to escape Messi shine.. they never got to that level they were at Barca, so you see Messi isn't blocking anyone's shine, he's doing the opposite. And even if Messi leave Barca to another club, would he not still block the shine of the young players in his new club?, See what Ronaldo has done to dybala and co. Messi will still be the starman where ever he goes, any young player that needs a major player to leave the club so that he can become great doesn't deserve it in the first place. No one will ever hand you anything in life you've got to fight for it Ronaldo is doing nothing Dybala oh! Instead of those guys taking advantage of Ronaldo's effort to build their game, they are messing around on his shoulder. |

prodigyhenry: And please tell me what you mean by Ronaldinho being the most complete footballer?, How is he the most complete footballer?. You're comparing a player that isn't even regarded as the best player of his generation in Brazil alone to a player generally agreed to be the best footballer to have ever kicked the ball.. how can you even do that?? No footballer have used football the way Ronaldinho used it. Even the most impossible things in football have been done by him. scored in all style and played in all ways. Even Pele is known for goals but not for style. A player who can Convert a skill for scoring by himself without aid. A player who don't need assist to do ridiculous stunts. |
Sports › Re: Between Ronaldinho And Messi by Joedoyle(m): 9:18am On Aug 13, 2020 |
prodigyhenry: This discussion of staying at one club is very stupid. Extremely stupid, it's just like saying a man should leave Canada where he is living well and go to his village in one state in Nigeria to prove that he is a man, what does Messi need to leave Barca for he helped build Barca to being the best club in the world, so he should leave to prove something to someone that doesn't matter?, Even those great players that left their clubs either left to better clubs or left for better pay, or in few cases had fights with their current employer. It had nothing to do with proving they were good or not. Ronaldo would still be at Real if they were ready to become his puppets. And who both know that Messi isn't a selfish player who doesn't want those behind him to advance, we all know how much he helped neymar when he was at Barca, even how he's helping Fatima's and Ruig. In his last match he allowed Suarez to take a PK that he won, when last did the GOAT at juve give someone a PK or freekick to take. And don't make it look like Ronaldinho gave up his position at Barca he fell out of favour with the coach and coaching staff, he lost form, was growing fat, coming to training late and when he was there he would be Messing around dancing, singing or just being indisciplined. And to answer your question, I'd prefer to have Messi a player who guarantees 40+ goals a season, atleast 15 assists, amazing defense splitting passes, dribbles and runs to a player who offers nothing much more than entertainment to my team, just about 10+ goals and 10+ assists a season..
I'm not taking anything away from Ronaldinho and his achievement and in all honesty he is one of the most talented players ever maybe even more than Messi but he never had the consistency, discipline and standard that Messi has.. and thats the whole truth Growing fat! hmmm A well balanced player who increase his lifestyle with entertainment and made everything simple was growing fat. Even if Ronaldinho added 10kg, he will still be flexible and better than any other dribbler. Sir, if Ronaldinho had staged a fight with Messi for the shirt, do you think Messi would have defeat him? Please, just forget it, Ronaldinho even till this moment has no ego as compared to Messi. Let Messi leave that club and let the young talents also shine. Please... Shutting down discussion. |
Sports › Re: Between Ronaldinho And Messi by Joedoyle(m): 7:54am On Aug 13, 2020 |
prodigyhenry: I actually didn't want to reply you because your post smells of hatred. Ronaldinho was consistent buy not as consistent as Messi, he was in his early 30s when a teenage Messi pushed him out of favour in barca. Go do your research on Ronaldinho. He never had the consistency Messi enjoys, there were amazing seasons gbat Ronaldinho enjoyed but he never had that consistently. Ronaldinho would be remembered as one of the greats, but his name had never come up when we discuss the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. And saying Messi was consistent in only one team is hogwash. He's been consistent since he was 17yrs old, won international age grade trophies with Argentina, did well in his national teams. Though the teams didn't win anything but no one can blame Messi, he gave his best for Argentina. And consistency has nothing to do with whether you're in one team or several teams it just means you're doing well regularly day in day out I don't hate Messi. If all footballers were to be like Messi and Ronaldo then we won't have stars again. If Ronaldinho didn't leave an early shirt for Messi and probably become less goal oriented, do you think Messi would enjoy much of his time like he has done? Every good player who will like to help another will need to advance to some other club so a youngster may be known and that's exactly what Ronaldinho did. Let me ask you this, while Ronaldinho was playing for Barcelona, would you prefer to use Messi and bench Ronaldinho? You'll probably not. This generation footballers are stingy with awards. they won't want another to win it. Even Ronaldo Delima didn't stay at one club to register a success and allow an upcoming star to excel. Which player is as complete in football as Ronaldinho? Name just one, please. |
Sports › Re: Between Ronaldinho And Messi by Joedoyle(m): 7:14am On Aug 13, 2020 |
prodigyhenry: I'd say Messi is a better footballer, he dribbles more consistently than any other play before him except for maybe Pele and maradona, he scores goals more consistently, be provides assists more consistently, he gives incredible passes more consistently. Now there's a reason I put the word "consistently" there.. Messi has been consistent for almost 16 years, Ronaldinho was in and out for a few years. He had just a stretch of 3 consistent years at a go. But he was a far more entertaining player to watch when he is in groove. He was more about the fun than the competition.. Ronaldinho made many people fall in love with football, likewise Messi.. for me Messi is a far more consistent footballer than Ronaldinho, even though they were very close in talent and ability, but Messi edges him out with consistency Really? Consistency in one team, right? Even at Inter Ronaldinho was a daredevil even at his age, he is still a daredevil. Forget about what you call consistency, Ronaldinho achieve all a player need to in less time and that's what legend do. |

If you say Messi is greater than Ronaldo, then, you are actually saying that Ronaldinho is a godfather to Messi. Ronaldinho-Greatest of all skillfull Ronaldinho-Greatest dribbler Ronaldinho-Inventor of skills Ronaldinho-Handed his shirt to Messi Ronaldinho-The most complete footballer in the world. So many attribute to just one man. Though he may not have the goals for the fight but he would have scored more if he wanted to. He just showed the world that football is entertainment to him not just business. A player who drank of an opponent(goal keeper) bottle and still in that same minute provided an assist for a goal and he smiled and bow. The best Football entertainer we'll forever miss. So many children of this century began watching football because of Ronaldinho and not Messi nor Cristiano Ronaldo(although at his early career years he did entertain). |

butterfly777: Even in dribbling, Messi Trump's Ronaldinho. Oga, if Messi dribble you, all you'll do is just run along with him but if Ronaldinho dribble you, hmmm, a 4sqr metre is enough to end your entire career with numerous skills. Ronaldinho was a goal master-piece. He has the best accuracy in football-a player who can comfortably play with the goal post without missing, who can juggle without missing, whose football was for the fans and not just himself. |
