pls house, i got my grant last week and school resumes 17th of july which is pretty close for me . i opted for deferment for next semester from the school but i was told that they will cancel my VISA for bridge of visa cos my COE is tied to the visa. If i insist to defer , they will offer me another COE while i applied for another visa. Now im confused cos on daily basis visa tends to be more dificult for Nigerians and i wouldnt know wat next few months will turn out to be. Pls Guru in house i need ypur advice plssssssssss.

No but there was a constant inflow of salary tho the 15m came from another account of the coy when there requested SOA of 15m

My sponsor is my brother
i provided his employment letter,international passport, birth certificate, his own salary statement of account and a letter of sponsorship

its not a fixed deposit, a salary account. tho there is inflow and outflow.....

hmmmmm, this is getting serious , wat if your sponsor has spent some money from the initial deposited cash for biz ?

i made a deposit of AUD8350 in RMIT b4 getting my COE. but DIBP instructed me to deposit AUD60,000 in my bank

Haven't u sent the SOA response to your case officer all this while he requested for it? Please do asap bro! 15 million SOA sounds good and not the amount in the account matters but the income flow in the account. Get it done bro and you will testify soonest. Again please is it mandatory that every applicant is being contacted by his/her case officer before visa can be granted?

i have done that one week ago, i think DIBP is really taking der time now unlike before. though waiting patiently...............

when did u apply ?

that was the feedback i got from the case officer , so i dont know the pros and cons rather than provide the 15m from my sponsor

Biometrics submitted 9th May
Contacted by case officer to submit my coe and soa on 24th May
Visa grant 31st May

Statement showing Reason for canada visa refusal
Evidence of previous international travels

pls on your refusal letter did u upload the canada refusal letter sent to you or you drafted another letter also how much balance in your SOA did u use? pls reply , i was asked to provide as statement of account and a detailed letter why i was refused.....thanks

yea i made the tuition deposit of AUD8350 , all i think is that many more Nigerians are now migrating to australia and trust me aussie is not only meant for nigerians , there need to regulate the system. Requesting more documents is an evidence of HOPE and as soon as one provides the requested document VISA will be granted......."Hopefully"

on May 8th, i applied for streamline student visa for RMIT with the intention to bypass provision of statement of account but to my greatest surprise yesterday DIBP sent me an email requesting for SOA balance of AUD60,000 and also letter why i was denied canada visa which i honestly indicated when i lodged my application........so ssvp is no longer easy as before
