Fact. I had issues with ucbrowser. The browser see it as destops view and never sees its as responsive.

About me,

Is your boy Joel. And I’m just a high taste guy and no one has ever pleased me, neither can I or had ever pleased myself.
For the past 10 months I had been contemplating on my site. It has been installing and uninstalling.

So far I am not pleased and can never be pleased with it. But looking at the gone by month it’s a pain in the a.ss and where my site should have been by now. I just can’t hold it anymore and I would like to release it like that.

Well as for critics it’s allowed here. Although I am not satisfy but I want to use it like this.

My intention so far is to make the site more friendlier on all devices. Please visit the site from all devices available to you and tell me what you saw.

I don't know about uba mastercard but sure of africard.

go get africard. Its also has internet bank login. Its preferably for paypal transactions. As you can monitor it by checking your africard via myubaAfricard.com to know balance after transactions.

attraction is a noun and a noun is a name of a person, animal, place or thing.

Attraction itself is a word used for an unseen energy force that atract a thing best know to what it attract.

First of all let take a look at the definition of attraction taken from british oxford dictionary, Attraction Line breaks: at|trac¦tion Pronunciation: /əˈtrakʃ(ə)n 
(see attract).

A quality or feature that evokes interest, liking, or desire: ‘this reform has many attractions for those on the left’

A place which draws visitors by providing something of interest or pleasure: ‘the church is the town’s main tourist
attraction’

Physics, A force under the influence of which objects tend to move towards each other:

The action or power of evoking interest in liking for someone or something: ‘the timeless attraction of a good tune’ ‘she has very romantic ideas about sexual attraction’

End. That's was from oxford I do believe by now you must have understand somethings about the word itself and explanations best described attraction.

Now Attraction doesn't really depends on beauty & handsome alone, neither riches, intelligent or wealth. But base on individual metal physical state of mind and wants. attraction is mainly on ''greed'' as simply as A,B C.

Example:
He has what I want or like in a guy.
she has want I crave for in lady's.

This act is base solely on personal interest and can only be established between two persons only when there is something that interest each other. [i eat your rice, you eat my beans]

There are two case here. and one is something that is not really there but it was faked to attract it opponent.

Example are; he crave over extralange butt lady's and she attract him with her fake butt pad.

She only date rich guys and he attract her with his friend's car.

which simply means you can attract with something you don't really have or a character or features you don't really possess. But fake it.

Greed is want, needy for something. And that's what drive attraction. What have you been attracting and what attracts you too??

Most times attraction doesn't only depends on chemistry. Something attract something, and something must attract something.

Abuja (AFP) - A nurse who contracted Ebola at a Lagos hospital travelled to the eastern part of Nigeria before falling sick, raising fears of new infections outside the city, officials said Wednesday.

The nurse was infected with the deadly tropical disease while caring for Patrick Sawyer, the Liberian government employee who brought Ebola to Lagos on July 20. He died on July 25 under quarantine at the First
Consultants hospital in Lagos. Information Minister Labaran Maku earlier told journalists that the nurse "disobeyed medical
instructions" given to hospital staff by travelling to Enugu, a major city in the east.

Health Minister Onyebuchi Chukwu later confirmed that the nurse had tested positive for Ebola. After contracting the virus in Lagos, she travelled with her husband to Enugu, where she fell sick and went to a hospital.

Medical staff in Enugu transported her back to a special isolation unit in Lagos, where she is currently being treated, the minister said.

So far, there is no confirmation that she infected anyone in the eastern city, but "21 persons (in Enugu) are being watched," Maku said. Nigeria has recorded 10 Ebola cases, including three deaths.

All the cases are currently in Lagos but a spread of the virus across the country, Africa's most populous, would place immense strain on a weak healthcare system.

The nurse's husband has also been quarantined in Lagos despite not having any symptoms, Chukwu told journalists. "We have to be sure," the health minister said. Nigeria has tried to locate everyone who interacted with Sawyer, including those on his flight, which originated in Liberia's capital Monrovia.

Maku said 198 people have been identified who may have come into contact with the disease, including those in Enugu. The worst-ever outbreak of the tropical disease has
killed more than 1,000 people since the start of the year in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone.

Nigeria is the fourth country to be affected by the epidemic. All of the affected countries have declared national emergencies over Ebola.

- Restrictions on burials - Nigeria’s health minister said the government had cracked down on the movement of corpses for
burial.

Aside from health workers, those who participate in the burial of Ebola victims are among the most at- risk for infection. Families who want to repatriate the remains of a
relative must secure a special waiver, which will only be given after the cause of death has been established, Chukwu said.

Similarly, transporting a corpse across state lines is prohibited without approval from federal health authorities, he said.

I think you represent me wrongly here and I need to correct that impression. Point of correction, as a nigeria I am a good attacker and don't joke with it. But I only attack back and not a starter.

We are nigerians and we understand ourselves on issues like this. Being the fact I already told you to ignore that guy and as a result of that I had to bear so many things not to retaliate back.

He said I am a pussy talker. And Yes I am a proud one for that matter. Is anything wrong with that? Or does it relate to the issue on ground?

uken73: You have things mixed up.
WAMP is an Apache web-server designed/configured to be used along with PHP and MySQL.
Apache Tom Cat is what is commonly used with Java Servlets and Java Server Pages (JSP).
Standard Apache can also be used and I believe WAMP should also work Servlets & JSP, but it may require more effort to setup.
If you want to work with ASP or ASP.NET, then you would be using IIS which comes with most versions of Windows Operating system as an optional component that can be installed if desired. And mind you, if you choose to install IIS you must enable ASP or ASP.NET support which by default is not enabled and you must have dotnet framework installed too.

It's been a while since I last deed anything serious with Java so I won't remember how to setup a server for Java web development. You can google that but following is steps to setup IIS for .NET web applications as I had documented it for a client some time back.

To install IIS.
1. Go to the Control Panel
2. Launch Add/Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (Vista & Win 7)
3. Click on Turn Windows Features On or Off on the left sidebar. (Win XP) may require Win XP Installation CD.
4. Check the attached diagram for more guidance.

Beside the features that are enabled by default, make sure that the features enabled in the diagram are enabled on your system.

Note: the pic here is from win7, Other windows systems should look similar. Emphasis here includes IIS 6 Management Compatibility, IIS 6 Management Console, IIS 6 Metabase and IIS 6 Configuration Compatibility, IIS Management Console, IIS Management Service, .NET Extensibility, ASP.NET etc.

5. Having enabled necessary options, click ok.

If you had IIS installed prior to installation of .NET framework, you will need to register ASP.NET for IIS. The ASP.NET IIS Registration tool (Aspnet_regiis.exe) is used to register ASP.NET applications with Internet Information Services (IIS).

To register ASP.NET for IIS (For .NET Framework 4.0)
1. Open the command prompt (Start menu>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt)
2. Type or copy and paste the following line (use right-click>paste on the command prompt window)
cd %windir%\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319\
3. Press Enter
4. Type or copy and paste the following line:
aspnet_regiis.exe -iru
5. Press Enter
That would enable .NET Framework 4.0 for your IIS installation
