this week I see my doc who told me i was lucky to have low eye pressure he said the opposite would have called for concern. when I talk about astigmatism he said I should forget about that. and he said did they tried to give you glasses I said yes. he said forget about that.


now due to my recommendation to him to start giving up from the drugs which he approved I started it from last session. i am already tailoring off medication. moving to 25mg from 50mg. two night so far my sleep was really terrible endless waking up every hour. the fact I am prepared and was expecting the reaction was also helping. i do tiring and weakening exercise every night t to help boost the sleep.

today I had program to see someone but I had to hang around somewhere for him. the only avenue was for me to buy soft drink. I bought mineral and egg row, who sent me?. my head pressure and funny sensation comes all of a sudden from no where. eat ringing was not left out my condition was really bad.

I am so tired.

I don't just know why. but I find out that I am attracted to beggars. both neat and cooperate beggars, I always give if I have, maybe because I always dress good.

I will only talk what happened today. a dirty small boy between 7-8 walk to me and said brother buy something for me. I didn't find that like something to be bothered with or problem I need to solve as its not a life threatening issue and why would I even buy something for him just like that. I replied him sorry I don't have money. while he left.

after that seconds a young handsome man, well dress and neat came to me and said he want to ask me something. when I gave him ear he told me the direction he is heading to and that he had nothing with him if I could help out with anything. I can't really tell if its a lie or maybe he need the money this is not the first time give people money for transports.

and I didn't have the change to give so rather i put him in a car and paid the driver for him. he somehow shows so resistance more like he would have prefer the money.

something was telling me that I am making matter difficult for this young man. he might lied to me and the car is taking him away to far place, he didn't feel like someone who get relief from the stress he find himself. what if he lied? did I do anything wrong?

JOHANNESBURG – Award winning Canadian rapper Drake has been spotted in South Africa.
Drizzy, as the musician is affectionally called by his fans was filmed at Lanseria Airport by a fan.
His arrival in the country has been low key with fans on social media speculating about a music video shoot.

In the video - which has since gone viral - the rapper slightly waves to greet the fan who sounded star struck.

Drake has achieved a notable feat by having the longest-running UK number one single since legal music downloads began counting towards chart positions.

The rapper topped the singles chart for an 11th straight week with One Dance, his collaboration with Wizkid and Kyla.

His continued dominance means he, not on-off girlfriend Rihanna, now holds the record for the longest-running chart-topper of the 21st Century.
Her 2007 song Umbrella was the last record to achieve a double-digit reign.

One Dance held off a midweek challenge from French producer Kungs, whose remix of Cookin' On Three Burners' 2009 track This Girl was at number two.

Justin Timberlake's Can't Stop the Feeling remained at number three, while Calvin Harris and Rihanna's This Is What You Came For was at four.
In a top five identical to last week's countdown, Drake and Rihanna remained at five with their collaboration Too Good.
