https://www.jacksilva.online/4-step-formula-for-building-a-successful-business-from-home/

Step 1. Quality Products that Solve an Urgent Problem.
Let’s take a deep look at some research that tells us the Top 10 Problem’s to Solve If You Want to Become a Very Successful small Business Owner and what those businesses are.

10. Private Data & Home Security.
Jay Leno the TV icon does a television commercial promoting a product in this industry. He say’s he got hacked resulting in stolen information which could have lead to financial loss. Fact is, all a world of people plus every Industry is under attack this is a serious problem that could devastate ones life as well put companies out of business. Cyber attacks are real and happening around the clock. Protect yourself because this is a urgent problem that we all face.

9. Internet for Everybody in the World.
The reach is working toward 51% of the worlds population, but imagine the entire world’s population hooked up connected to the internet the information super highway. The opportunities are endless people everywhere and are benefiting from this powerful information source. The richest guy in the world is selling stuff on the internet, internet success is booming and shows no signs of slowing down.

As internet connection increases with more and more people it will increase the quality of peoples lives in so many ways. Being connected help’s with product distribution and so many goods and service’s. Like educational opportunities jobs and business opportunities medicines and health care access that people would never have had the chance to receive, but today because of the internet people are connected to resources and support for what ever it is they need. This is a urgent problem that will be solved for more and more people everywhere in the world.

8. Digital Military Technologies… can change an election. Cyber-warfare.. should i go on the threat is very real.
Governments in every country are bracing by building a defense to protect against any potential attacks on their energy plants, water supply plants, dams, and bridges, airports, train stations, military equipment, ships, submarines, planes and rockets. Wall street understands the threat because they could be breached in their computer systems that could be a major financial hit causing an economic disaster. Satellites up in space are facing this potential attack. Attacks that could shut down power systems in a country putting the people in that country back into the dark ages for years. Businesses that help to solves this problem no doubt will be a great success.

7. Food Production, Alternatives.
Biggest Industry in the world and growing. More and more people being born every day just increase’s the food supplies a big nutrition problem trying to feed everyone as well as the mountains of food waste. Approximately one third of the world food is wasted tossed in the rubbish. It isn’t only poor countries that will be seriously affected if we don’t rapidly address the growing problem of food supply shortages. In the last 12 months according to the Food and Agriculture Organization, 100 million have joined the world’s hungry, and 22 countries remain vulnerable to chronic hunger. Global demands for food continues to grow and persistently outpaces production growth.

The causes and effects of soaring food prices, which have seen the costs of most foods doubling in under three years, riots in many countries, and food export restrictions imposed by some of the biggest food producers. Another challenge that adds to the problem is the amount of space it takes to grow and harvest foods, millions of acreages world wide being used to plant crops to farm live stock to feed our hunger to eat. Bigger protein sources need to be made smaller to get more in the same space. Looks like the future of nutritional powders nutritional tablets and believe it or not bug’s are in the plans well for the future. No doubt a real problem we are facing with our food supplies so serious that Bug’s are being harvested for food as I am writing this blog post. A bowl of crickets for breakfast?

6. Energy Storage.
Companies like Tesla working on changing the way we power the world. More efficient ways less expensive ways safer ways cleaner and smarter ways to charge our world going into the future. Legitimate urgent problem that needs to be solved because the future will be here before we know it.

New York is no doubt the city that never sleeps. This is one of the reasons why New York is one of the most visited places in the world. It offers so much that sometimes it’s overwhelming. It takes years to fully explore this concrete jungle and even then there is still so much to see.

If you are one for the adventure, take a look at these recommendations you could do in New York so you could scratch this from your bucket list leaving your wanderlust fully satisfied.

As we all know, New York’s subway can be confusing and therefore, daunting to take. However, if you want to experience New York like a local, I recommend you take a Metro Card, load it, think of where you’re going and take the subway!

The subway, as a matter of fact, is the fastest mode of transportation to get around. New York is as jammed in traffic as you could imagine.

The things that may be of help to you are to download a map of New York’s subway stations and route (in PDF or as an image) and purchase the Metro Card (make sure not to get the single-use card. You will save money with this). Brave the train!

Besides Italy, New York is one of the places where you can find a wide selection of pizza. New York-style pizza is one of the many things that they are known for. To get the best New York-style pizza you can get, head on to one or all of these places:

Joe’s Pizza in Gramercy specifically located at 14th street serves that quintessential New York pizza.

Pizza at Prince St is the best when it comes to square pizzas.

Keste in West Village is where you can find Neopolitan pizza.

The thin crust Vodka Pizza is amazing at Rubirosa in Nolita.

In Patrizia’s Kips Bay located on 2nd Avenue, a combination of calzone and pizza in one plate is heaven! They also serve other crazy shapes for a pizza like the one with the sun shape.

14 THINGS TO DO IN COSTA RICA

Is Costa Rica in your bucket list or scratch map? If yes, let me help with you with these popular recommendations of things to do while in Costa Rica.

One of the most visited Latin American countries, Costa Rica offers a variety of travel-worthy and Instagram-worthy scenery. Consisting over 5% of earth’s biodiversity, Costa Rica or “the rich coast” is a small country that will make you fall in love with its astounding jungles, beaches, waterfalls, volcanoes and last but certainly not least, the locals.

HIKE THE WILDLIFE

Placed on the Pacific side of Costa Rica, Manuel Antonio National Park is one of the most famous places you can go to in Costa Rica. One of the things you cannot miss is to traverse the abundantly blessed rainforest.

The trail that links to beaches is 1.3 miles marching in sandy and beginner-friendly trails. I recommend to do the tour first thing in the morning and very early if possible to avoid large crowds. Touring with a naturalist guide is also suggested as these guides have the expert eyes and ears to detect animals that live in the rainforest.

One of the interesting wildlife creatures that might greet you on your trail is the Central American Squirrel Monkey. This species can only be found in Costa Rica and Panama. A chance to encounter this monkey can be a living treasure as it is only found in Central American rainforests. Just make sure that you hold on to your food because monkeys have the tendency to snatch it and make sure to not give in to the temptation to feed them.

VIEW FROM THE BOAT

On the opposite side of Costa Rica is the Caribbean Sea where you may find the Tortuguero National Park. Also rich with wildlife in its rainforests, Tortuguero has this novel way of exploration which is through a riverboat ride. You may also opt to kayak or use the canoe to see the rainforest’s beauty giving you that Amazon river vibe.

A sight surely worth seeing is the mass turtle nestings in Tortuguero. The spot is home to some species of turtles including the largest living sea turtle Leatherback. Generally, the baby turtles can be seen heading back to the sea after they are hatched from the months of March to October.

You must be planning a trip to Panama or you already booked your flight and accommodation. You also must be wondering what traveling to Panama must be like. How are the people there, what clothes should I wear, what I should and should not bring, how do I survive in a country not my own?!

If these crossed your mind, I invite you to answer your questions. Below are the tips and guide you need before you travel to the ever-diverse Republic of Panama.

WHY GO TO PANAMA?

Located on the isthmus (a narrow land with sea on either side of it) connecting North and South America, this small country of Panama is largely known for the Panama Canal. It is also named as the “crossroads of the Americas” because of its location. Panama Canal contributes largely to the economy of the country.

Panama is a country of biodiversity which is evidently seen in the array of views you see within short hours (or even minutes) of travel. Just being in the city of Panama (the country’s capital), would give you an advantageous vantage point of both the tall city buildings on one side and the rainforests on the other side. The country also offers islands with beautiful beaches and in some places in the city, ruins and well-preserved historical streets. This diversity never fails to bring awe to the tourists and pride to the locals.

This country in Central America is included in the Top 5 countries with the highest positive experience according to BBC, reported on April 26, 2019. Panamanians believe in focusing on the good things that happen to them and to look forward with hope in their situation. You can certainly expect to meet one of the happiest people in Panama.

4. OUTFIT MATTERS, TOO

Your outfit matters! As you know, Paris bears the reputation of being a place of fashion but I’m not saying you wear the fanciest clothes in your wardrobe but it matters to Parisians how you dress on the streets, or even just inside your home. The goal is to dress in a way that is not too casual but not too touristy, either.

You’ll avoid the minorly judgy “look” when you try to dress appropriately. Don’t wear gym clothes from head to toe, flip-flops and baseball caps with your favorite team on it. This could also help you to avoid incidents when fancy restaurants and establishments may turn you away for how you look and to not attract scammers and pickpocket incidents your way, which brings me to tip #4.

5. STAY ALERT

Paris is known for scammers and pickpocketers victimizing tourists and even locals. The city is fairly safe to go to but just like any metro city, you are susceptible to people on the streets trying to snatch your belongings. I recommend you to keep an eye on where your bag zipper faces especially when you’re in the Metro (subway).

In restaurants, don’t ask for a menu in English because chances are some of the restaurants would charge higher for an “English” menu.

When you’re in the tourist spots in Paris, there are what we call “ring scammers” where a woman would yell “I found the ring!” and then she would a tourist the ring and when you take it, she would persist for something in return, giving you all sorts of reasons why you should give her money.

Beware of taking the wrong taxis. There are illegitimate taxis in train stations that would charge 8-10 times the metered price and if you are a first-timer, you are not familiar on how to differentiate the registered taxis from the scammer ones. Try to look for the queues of people. That would most likely be the line for taxis.

6. EVEN YOUR BAG MATTERS

The bag of choice for going out and about in Paris is a small cross-body bag. Avoid wearing backpacks. Aside from being a fashionable piece, cross-body bags can be situated in front of your body where you can constantly see it, unlike backpacks, thus avoiding an unfortunate theft.

7. SO WHEN?

The best time to book a trip to Paris is around spring and autumn. Do not go in June, July or August. These are the busiest months for Paris as it is packed with tourists. In August, almost everything is closed for the whole month because this is the time for the employees and students to have their vacation. They are normally off to Greece, Portugal or beaches. Even on Sundays, almost every restaurant and grocery shops are closed or operating for just a few hours, so make sure to do your groceries or shopping beforehand.

44 HOURS: HONG KONG TRAVELBOOK EXPLORE LIKE A LOCAL

Hong Kong has become one of the world’s busiest countries economic-wise. A lot of movies and other production projects are set here. It’s just a magical place to be in no matter how crowded it may be.

Hong Kong’s Kowloon has one of the heaviest population counts in a region in the entire world. The skyscrapers, the theme parks, and the food scene are just saturated with culture and history, not just of a single nationality but a mix of different influences. So now let me give you this city guide to properly encounter the magic that is Hong Kong and what greater way to experience that than to tour like a local.

So get packed and booked for another adventure!

DAY 1

CENTRAL DISTRICT

1000

Central Hong Kong is an expensive part of Hong Kong. It is filled with buildings, skyscrapers, and malls. It is essentially the business center of Hong Kong and it is very modern. You will find great restaurants and bakeries to try here. Try to spend the day of just eating and offset that with walking around the vicinity. This area is just full of bakeries that serve delectable pastries. One, in particular, is the Tai Cheong Bakery. You must try their exquisite egg tarts. After that, take your time walking around the area until your next food stop.

1100

A good place for lunch is the cheapest Michelin Star restaurant, Tim Ho Wan. It is a small space and you will be sharing a table with other customers but once you take a bite of their baked barbecue pork buns, it will be worth it.

1300

Arguably the best milk tea in Hong Kong is served at Lan Fong Yuen. Teas are filtered with stockings which make for the smoothest texture and flavorful tea. A perfect drink to carry while walking around the city.

After this, you can take a short walk going to the Police Married Quarters (PMQ). It is named as such because it used to be a land dedicated to being the home for police officers in Central District together with their family. Today it is home to stores, galleries, and restaurants in Hong Kong. Shopping time!

1500

Next stop is the iconic egg waffles in Oddie’s Gelateria. The egg waffles here exceeds your expectations. It is served dipped in gelato or soft-serve ice cream (depending on your order) all in a cup. Also! The egg waffles are filled! Indeed every bite is a treat.

KOWLOON PENINSULA

1900

Now let’s head to another district of Hong Kong, Kowloon. Just buy your ticket and ride the MTR to cross to Tsim Sha Tsui. The accommodations in Tsim Sha Tsui are the cheapest in Hong Kong. However, this area is very crowded. Being in a very crowded place could be too busy of a scene for you but it can also be your opportunity to blend in with the crowd, see what the locals do, which places to eat at (like any other country, more people means the food is great). You get to observe how people interact with each other, a vendor to a consumer, groups of friends, passer-by to passer-by. You get to see this and being in the midst of it makes you feel like you belong.

Being here at night would give you a great view of Hong Kong Island from the waterfront. You get to see the skyline and enjoy the vast space of water. At 8 pm every night, a 13-minute light show called “A Symphony of Lights” is playing.

2030

Just a few minutes of walking from the waterfront of Tsim Sha Tsui and you’ll get to Haiphong Road Temporary Market to experience local food. The place may be hot during summer because there is no air conditioning but you’ll surely enjoy authentic Cantonese cuisine experience. I recommend you try the food at Hap Hueng Garden.

2100

If you want to experience nightlife in Hong Kong, head on to Knutsford Terrace. They are filled both with locals and expats drinking and socializing.

DAY 2

0900

For your second day, I recommend you explore the busy streets of Causeway Bay. Here you will find the glamorous side of Hong Kong Island with high-end fashion brand stores, tech stores, and luxurious restaurants. You may want to have breakfast at the Tsui Wah for another Cantonese cuisine experience.

1000

Continue to walk around Causeway Bay. Even just observing the large amounts of the pedestrian would be interesting besides the stores. You may even buy something you see you like.

1300

Again, Hong Kong contains a mix of many influences around the world. Here you might find an excellent choice of Japanese cuisine in Ichiran Ramen Place.

1500

Explore the most luxurious mall in Causeway Bay, Time Square

1800

When you get hungry after all that shopping and strolling, you can eat at Ngan Lung restaurant where they serve one of the Hong Kong Noodles.

2000

Get to know the street food culture of Wan Chai. You’ll find that street food in this part of Hong Kong is cheaper but still offers a wide array of options.

DAY 3

0400

One thing you cannot miss is this almost hidden paradise in Hong Kong- Tai Long Wan beach. It takes about 2 hours of hike trail before you get to a vast space of beach and blue water which is rare because most large bodies of water in China and Hong Kong are polluted except this beach. The contrast from all the hustle and bustle from the city is a nice way to end your stay in Hong Kong.

l your trip, don’t forget to share the experience with others with pictures and stories and make sure to scratch Hong Kong from your bucket list!

14 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST PARIS ADVENTURE

YOUTUBE - TRAVELBOOKS
Paris is in almost everybody’s bucket list. That might include you! Why else would you click, right? A wanderlust, a backpacker, a recent high school graduate, a die-hard romantic. No matter what you are, if you desire the ultimate Parisian experience, continue scrolling and reading. These are tips and guidelines that will surely be useful to you before boarding the train or airplane to Paris, France.

1. HOW TO GET AROUND TOWN

Paris has different modes of transportation to get around, namely, Great Public Transit, via bike, a scooter, or get an Uber. Their public transportation or subway is what they call the Metro, suitable for short distances but has a lot of stops. The what they call the RER, on the other hand, has fewer stops but is useful for longer distances.

Paris also has public bikes and scooters you can get from one point within the city, after paying and then return to another designated point within the city. These bikes are found almost in every major intersection in Paris. Parisians offer and make use of these options because bikes and scooters don’t have to compete with other cars with all the traffic going on.

Uber is not cheap but if you are a tourist and you’ve been walking around town the whole day, sometimes you just want to sit in a car and be taken to your next destination.

2. FOOTWEAR MATTERS

Although you need some kind of vehicle to get you from one place to another, the best way to really see and feel Paris is by walking on foot. With this said, you have to wear comfortable shoes. I recommend wearing slip-on, fashionable enough sneakers, ankle boots or if you really want shoes that give height, wear wedges.

3. CHILL

As you try to absorb the Parisian experience, try to just sit in a cafe and just observe the people and the streets. Paris is home to a lot of good cafes. Make time to just relax and see the view by yourself or even with whoever you are with. I assure you Paris streets and people would not bore you.

Uber is not cheap but if you are a tourist and you’ve been walking around town the whole day, sometimes you just want to sit in a car and be taken to your next destination.

As you try to absorb the Parisian experience, try to just sit in a cafe and just observe the people and the streets. Paris is home to a lot of good cafes. Make time to just relax and see the view by yourself or even with whoever you are with. I assure you Paris streets and people would not bore you.
