I’m in the same situation as you are. A family company, over worked and under paid, in Abuja as well. I wouldn’t advise anyone to work in a family company. It is draining and affects ones mental health.
They are mostly disorganized, children are always halfwit, lazy and know nothing which puts more burden/work load on other staff.
Parents would never blame or caution their kids which is very annoying.
From my experience, Abuja employers are way worse than that of Lagos. I hope you get another offer soon as that is what i wish myself as well
