Just buy ketakonazole tablets (20 units in each tab)
Drink 1 daily
Buy ketakonazole tube/cream too and rub on it daily.

Best advice is to maintain good personal hygiene bro.

Bath every morning wether you’re going out or not. Also bath before you sleep no matter how tired.

Most of this are caused by dirty dust on the skin or sweats staying long or bad drinking or bathing water.

I think you should drink 1 bottle of Madam F. Kayes if it persist, take another bottle.

Where to get it:
if you can't find it at nearby herbal shop then try travel inter state using marcapolo you'll surely get it in the vehicle.
